I stayed here for 4 nights they never cleaned our room or brought us towels. Our fridge and some lights in our room did not work. Scammed me by charging me a $300 cleaning fee. Terrible service and experience don’t recommend at all.

Great place to stay.

Had a lovely time staying at Mare. The front desk staff were always nice and helpful; they even stored our luggage for a few hours after check out. The cleaning service was good (they offered cleaning every 3 days). AC worked very well. The roof top pool and chairs became my favorite place to lounge and read a book. My only complaint would be about the bed; the mattress was a bit too firm and the pillows were huge. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for 2 weeks!

I would give a 5 star rating for this property, I have stayed here in the past with friends. But this trip I was alone and only there for one night, upon returning home from dinner and drinks, the front entrance was locked by security. I was unable to access my room or my rental car (parking garage was also closed and locked) I waited, assuming maybe the guard was on a break, but after almost 2 hours of waiting, calling the phone number for reception and banging on the door, (which is dangerous as this was around 2am) I was left having to find other accommodation for myself. This was incredibly dangerous and stressful for a solo female traveler. The receptionist and manager do not really speak English (which is fine, we are in Mexico) But it was hard to communicate the issues in the morning, I was lucky to have a friend there to translate for me I was given a refund for my stay, but I cannot stress enough how scary this was and I will never be staying here again despite the great property and pool.

The property is well maintained, location was good, but it has few amenities and is very noisy. With paper thin walls and lots of music and dogs barking outside every day and night, sleep is not something you will get a lot of. The unit did not have many basic amenities (dish cloth, dish drying rack, toaster, etc.) but the pool is lovely. Overall, i would not stay there again

The staff at this condo hotel are so lovely. They were really helpful and sweet. The room was amazing. Giant. and a great price. I had a big balcony which i loved. My favourite is the location.... it's closer to the zasil ha neighborhood which has some of the better restaurants. It's about 25 minutes walk from the ADO touristica

Rooftop deck is super nice and mostly sheltered from wind but can still get a good tan. Rooms are clean; one downside is very small hot water tanks… shower quickly or be cold.

Mare condo is in a great location. Close to everything. The staff is ok, not overly friendly. Most room access from common atrium (very noisy). The walls and doors are very thinn. I woke to the sound of my next door neighbor GETTING IT ON. Didn't last very long but. Nobody needs that. The shower has no door at all so water gos all over the bathroom floor. No safe in room at all anywhere. So i had to maintain all my valuables on my person the entire stay. At check in i was required to place a $200 security deposit. Cash only or surender your passport. This was not anticipated so i was out $200 that i planned on using while there. They only change linens every 3rd day. Haven said all this it was $38 a night. So i choose value over luxury. Roof top pool is small but a nice place to hang out. I would stay again.

Room was clean. Service was great. One of towels did have a couple stains, but seemed to have been washed so it was okayish. Wish the hot tub was working. We were a little bummed about that, but we found other things to do.

The condo was huge and airy and wonderful! It's 5 mins from 5th ave and close to all the stores and shopping. The room was very clean and staff was easy to work with. There was always someone in the lobby at night and they were very accomodating. The pool on the roof is glorious and yes, there is a small washer/dryer combo in the unit! We will definitely stay there again when we come back!

Great location. Near all 5th avenue where you can walk through and shop and stop and eat at the cutest restaurants. Near a new seafood spot called zarandinky which we loved! The penthouse was nice and staff was attentive !

Avoid this place at all costs!! Their rooms are full of mold and bad odor and will give you headaches and potential respiratory issues. Rooms are dirty and not cleaned in only God knows how long. you will find dirty paper towels with bunch of dust on it , toilet papers too and all areas are very dirty. They changed my room after I complained ( and maintenance guy came and confirmed ) that room is having horrible mold smell but 2nd room was moldy too so in the middle of my vacation i had to search for another place to stay. Manager on the reception ( guy with glasses ) said that “Expedia is sometimes saying like they gave us a call but they don’t “ , in free translation they are putting ball in Expedia court because they will take your money ( like they took mine ) and will not provide refund even though issue is in terrible condition of their smelly, dirty, moldy rooms. I left before using my remaining 4 nights and before i left i was told at the reception that “everything is settled with Expedia “. When i left i contacted Expedia about my refund and they said Mare Condo is not responding on their calls or emails. Free translation, when you walk out they will take your money and forget about your refund. Don’t be fooled by pictures on website as reality is totally opposite. Neighborhood is noisy with people talking loudly till late morning hours and lots of stray dogs on the street. Overall avoid this place at any cost, these guys should be closed.

The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. AC worked well and hot water too! The rooftop pool area is rather small with little shade area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to a few restaurants and convenience stores. Dogs barking at night and loud music from neighboring buildings so bring earplugs. Decent stay for the price.

The property although very clean felt a little run down the sofa had cigarette burns and the furniture had noticeable nicks. Overall the building its self needs upkeep for the price they are asking for in low season and in the start of a recession. Where their strengths are in the excellent customer service the staff provides and there hotel like service. Seamless friendly and easy customer care.
