Good maintenance and very close to Nice terminal 1, only 7 min walking

I understand why this hotel is rated so highly. Location cannot be beat, seven minute walk from the terminal one of the airport, five minutes to either the tram or the train to center-ville Nice. The breakfast is phenomenal with smoked salmon, smoked meats, both cold and warm foods. Some fresh fruit would’ve been nice, they had canned fruit as well as some whole fruit. Do be aware that the rooms themselves are no-frills, think IKEA furnishings, a college dorm room. Other than the wonderful large shower, it is not a place that you look forward to returning to after a long day of touring the French Riviera. It would’ve been nice to have a vending machine to buy a Coke or a piece of chocolate. I had to go to the next-door Hotels for that.

Short walk from the terminal. Convenient. Clean. Friendly staff. Parking garage next door. Nice 24/7 lounge space on entire 8th floor.

Easy to airport and tram to the city

Great location easy walk to tram stop for direct transport to the airport. Lovely touch that coffee/tea and biscuits available for guests. Natalie on the front desk very helpful

We booked the hotel because it said it was within walking distance & very close to the airport as we were arriving very late. It’s not close to the airport( terminal 2 ) so we had to get a taxi, which cost 32 euros! The hotel was clean and we had a nice breakfast.

Room was clean and space is modern. They also have a sauna which came in handy. They also give you complimentary large bottles of water and small plates of food.

Easy to get to the airport from the hotel. Room had a nice shower.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Nice Airport, which is really great. Halfway there I found an airport cart so out my stuff on it, then the staff kept it for me til the morning and I just rolled back to the airport for my early flight which was really helpful. There’s also a place in the airport that will store luggage for you but it costs 18 euros for 24 hours per bag. I found a nice restaurant just a few minutes away, next to the Holiday Inn, and there are snacks and food at the Okko. I enjoyed a nice hot sauna before bed (it’s open til 10pm), that you can use one of those big wooden spoons to create steam, which is fun! It was a very nice, convenient stay, although not fancy and also not cheap. A good choice if you want to be near the airport and don’t want or need to pay for transportation. Thank you to the staff!

TV system was down. Staff was excellent of offering a new room. For three days we have decided not to pack and unpack again.

Small clean rooms .. very tight . Good breakfast. Nothing else .. no services. Access to hotel entrance is difficult / poor . Staff non existent or not friendly. Says 4 stars but that is hard to believe.

This was the first time staying in an Okko hotel and it will probably not be the last. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming and the rooms were clean and practical for a one night stay. The water machines and free snacks were an added bonus and we would definitely give a score of 10/10 for the breakfast - good choice and variety and very healthy. As for location - almost next to the tram stop - so perfect for travelling to and from the airport.
