Great staff, clean rooms, centrally located on a safe well lit street, close to markets, great food at breakfast and in the restaurant the rest of the day. Only down side, no elevator, the lobby is not air conditioned, beds are hard, and hot water is not always available.

We had an excellent 3 night stay and extended our stay longer due to extenuating circumstances. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel has quaint colonial architecture, is maintained and kept very clean. It is located on a safe street, close to the central commercial district, with restaurants and vendors - the Ventura mall is only 3 blocks away. An excellent breakfast of eggs, etc was included every morning. The restaurant is open for supper until 7pm with a nice menu selection. The pool area is plain but cleaned everyday and the pol makes for a very refreshing dip. Our room on the 3rd floor had a queen bed, desk, chair, shelves, closet, and balcony over the street compete with table and chairs. The hotel has secure parking within there gated courtyard. There are only a couple of draw backs: mattress was thin and hard ( could feel the frame underneath, no elevator, and only one towel person per day - no extra towel for use at the pool.

Very good hotel, clean, excellent service... it was a 3-day stay, very peaceful and safe, I would always come back. I'm already part of the Hotel Zaraya family... good food... and first-class service... Danny Legro

My sisters love this hotel.

My sisters used this hotel every time they go to Cucuta. They always have a great time there and always talk about how fabulous the staff are with them.

The hotel is located near shops, restaurants and shopping mall. It is easy to walk to many of the suggested tourist sites in the city.

Like that hotel have indoor open ceiling pool,and the water nice with for the weather

The only real problem was the staff lack of willingness to help and to provide a good service. I didn’t use it. I paid for my sisters from Venezuela to stayed one night. I wonder if the fact they were from an embattled country was the issue with their treatment. They told me to never get this hotel again.

I did a reservation for my parents! They love the place. Staff super helful and friendly. Owner always there helping out!! A give them 5out of 5! The only thing is they do not accept payment trough gateway. So if you do it for someone else. You better call the hotel days in advance...

Mal servicio no cuenta ni con papel higiénico, colchones viejos , no es cómodo.

Deben extender la hora de desayuno

Bueno estuvo satisfectorio lo que nos falto fue algo de comunicación, no sabiamos que podiamos pedir agua para tomar en las habitaciones, solo consumiamos en la noche y dia las que estaban en los cuartos, el cuarto que nos toco el baño esta mal edificicado, no se que tipo de arquitecto pudo idear esto?
