Everything was fine, except the housekeeping; they seem to have skipped our room.

My husband was in the hospital next door and it was so convenient to go back and forth and rest in between visits. The lady making the omelets for breakfast was so sweet and so was the front desk staff. I am grateful the hotel was so close, clean and comfortable!

The property is in a good area. But parking is very limited. The overflow of parking is in a garage across the street from hotel that I feel is very inconvenient especially with luggage. Majority of the staff were pleasant. We had a situation with our 1st room on a lower level. But went back to it once we saw 2 other rooms that did not meet our expectations. The breakfast was okay. I would consider to stay here again.

My husband and I were doing a road trip through the South and had a 1 night stay at the Hyatt House in Atlanta. As with most Hyatt hotels, the rooms are typically furnished with nice and modern furniture, clean, and located in a convenient, quiet, and safe neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants & several nearby hospitals. We were greeted with friendliness upon our arrival at the hotel & check in. We would stay at this location again when we are in Atlanta. The complimentary hot breakfast was a big plus for us, which saved us some travel time due to the convenience of onsite breakfast.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House Atlanta/Perimeter Center for three nights. Upon arrival, the hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. The initial greeting left a great first impression. However, I did notice that when asking specific questions throughout my stay, some staff members seemed unsure and often had to wait for another team member to assist. This caused delays when I needed immediate answers to make decisions, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel itself is in top-tier condition—well-built, clean, and very modern. The parking situation was actually better than most hotels I’ve experienced in the Atlanta area, which I appreciated. The amenities were a major plus: I used the gym daily, and the pool area was well-maintained and a great place to relax during the day. As far as the room, it was nice and quiet throughout the day—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. However, night time was a different story. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud when turning on and off, which made it tough to get solid sleep. On top of that, the bed was very firm—not necessarily a bad thing for everyone, but for me, it made sleeping through the night uncomfortable. The on-site H Bar restaurant had a decent setup, but it seemed under-staffed. The one hostess working was juggling too many responsibilities at once, which slowed things down when placing orders. I’d recommend calling in ahead if you’re ready to eat and don’t want to wait around. On a brighter note, the break

I'm sure that the Hyatt Hotel was awesome, but I wasn't able to make my trip which I understood was non-refundable, as far as the hotel was concerned, I purchased the trip protection through your scam partners AIG Who showed me a policy that they did not pay out on. they had the nerve to tell me that inclement weather and transportation issues were not covered, but if I had been called to jury duty, lost my job, or got sick that would be a reason for them to pay out the claim. I never checked into this room. I'm sure that the Hyatt would have been an awesome place to stay while I was in Atlanta. So this has nothing to do with the hotel. I never checked into the room. And I lost a good amount money. Plus the COST that AIG Is making off of each person that purchases TRIP PROTECTION thinking that they're protecting their trip. What a scam! I will be posting about them on all of my social media and anywhere that I feel that people will see and understand what's going on with that insurance.I will not allow people to get SCAMMED while AIG MAKES BILLIONS Making the consumer believe that their TRIP IS PROTECTED when it's NOT! Most people are usually able to follow through with their trip so they don't know that they would have had a loss. HOTELS.COM SHOULD NOT ALLOW

There is a hidden 15$ a night parking fee for using the garages on site. It’s the only option for parking.
