**Unacceptable Experience with Ant Infestation and Staff Attitude**
I recently stayed at the Next Savoy Hotel and was deeply disappointed by the experience. Over the course of three days, I repeatedly informed the hotel staff about an ant infestation in my room. Ants were crawling on the bed, floor, kitchen table, and kitchen area. Despite notifying them multiple times, the response I received was shockingly dismissive. One staff member openly admitted, "We get this complaint a lot, I’ll be honest there’s nothing we can do but clean your room again." This is unacceptable—repeated cleaning without addressing the root of the problem does not resolve the issue.
To make matters worse, another staff member implied that we also have ants in our home. This insinuation was both offensive and unprofessional. As paying guests, we expect a clean and comfortable environment, not judgment or excuses.
At a Marriott or Hyatt property we would atleast be offered a new room.
