Ocean was rough conditions; room upgrades were not as expected due to mini bar had half bottle of wine in it and no water or drinks to refill even though we asked. Very noisy and the other bad part was the air conditioning in the rooms were not very cool. Temp. never got cool enough and all doors needed to be locked in order to work. Lights in the bathroom was really bad. Other than all that the hotel was beautiful and the outside pools were clean. Buffet options were great for breakfast though dinner options were plenty but the food was cold.

This place is the nicest hotel, with the nicest beach and pool scene, along with the most helpful, friendliest staff. They even packed us to-go breakfasts on the day we left because we had an early transfer. Special shout-out to Arizana, who gave each couple a personal tour of the hotel and their room amenities!

Beautiful property, great breakfast buffet, pool was very nice. Beach was also very nice. Fantastic location. Only negative was the Wifi was very poor and needs to be improved.

This hotel is great and the breakfast and cleanliness are excellent. My only observations are that it would be great to have service around the pool and the storage space in the rooms definitely needs to be looked as, most of our clothes had to stay in piles on the floor. With that said I could go back to the hotel

Lovely hotel and staff. Rooms were cleaned regularly, air con worked perfectly and it was generally an all round joy to stay there.

Food was really amazing in the buffet, you never tired of the variety and quality. Pool and the beach service was great, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well maintained and the room quality was 1st rate. One minor issue in the maisonette is the very small wardrobe in the upstairs bedroom a small set of drawers would help. Top hotel.

Lovely property with a private beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes in Reythmno town. Everything is superbly clean and comfortable. Staff are very helpful and friendly - they did a great job organising a day trip for us. There are three pools (two outdoor and an indoor heated one). The only drawback is that the gym is tiny and can only accommodate three people at a time, so if you are a regular user, you'll need to book slots ahead of time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel!

The maisonette suite was incredible, we loved the hot tub on the cooler evenings.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Thank you to the staff - they upgraded our room to a maisonette with a hot tub on the rooftop! We felt incredibly lucky. We had a gorgeous sea view and large lovely rooms. Everything was modern and clean. Breakfast was great - lots of options. Loved having ice frappes every morning! The beach is convenient (no need to cross a main road) just walk through hotel. The area in September was quiet but still had lots of people around. Felt very safe. Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around- all in walking distance. Crete is best with a car - the parking in this hotel must be paid for so bear in mind. If you want to shop, just a 15 min drive away to old town from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return. A kettle in the room would be a plus.. Wish we had a longer stay! We had the best time. Thank you!

Luxurious beachfront property with high end amenities. Beautiful pool and excellent breakfast. Stay was short unfortunately.

We had a great stay hotel was very nice and new. Location is great right next to the beach. The staff was very friendly. They do make you feel special.

Incredible new hotel with wonderful staff, loved the hot tub suite. Would ask for the westerly facing rooms next time though

The hotel was clean, unfussy but stylish. Staff were lovely. Couple of niggles. Wardrobe space in classic room was so small it was impossible to hang clothes up. The safe box was too small for any electronic items such as ipad or laptop. There were no drawers for underwear or t shirts although there was space for storage to be included. Shower was lovely. Great area lovely beach and pool. Had a lovely time.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it remained an excellent hotel with brilliant staff and very quality food and drink. The facilities are excellent and it's perfect for a relaxing holiday, with lots of good local dining options too.

Great hotel

We couldn't fault the environment, staff, service, food and amenities. One minor disappointment about ambient musi being too loud was addressed as soon as we raised it, confirming our admiration of this hotel's aim to provide guests with a first-rate experience.
