Everything in this hotel was excellent, really. From their concierge to room to food to their amazing spa services ( a bit pricey but oh well it’s Melas Istanbul) to their great Hair and Nail salon run by lovely couple , Ahmet and Kobra ♥️ I was in a very bad state of mind when I checked in due to massacre in my country Iran and had to flee to Istanbul and these people made me feel there is still good in the world, thank you all🙏🙏💐

This is is my second time staying at the Melas and as always we had a beautiful time . The staff upon checkin in particular samet was great checked us smoothly, provided the VIP benefits and the complimentary breakfast was absolutely awesome and heart warming so thank you ☺️.. room was good we had issues with the light of the kettle which needs changing and the housekeeping gentleman fixed the knob of the shower quickly.. I would strongly recommend checking the floors as we were in the 07th floor mom smoking however can still smell smoking please look into a strong air freshener but overall very pleased with the stay returning back in the summer with 2 rooms bookings so thank you for the good hospitality

The room was great. The hotel was in great condition and beaitifully kept.

We liked the hotel, best part was BREAKFAST. Super good food, great selections and always hot. The room we got was clean with city view. The only downside was that on the 5th floor their main hallway carpet was super dirty and smelled ( which is easy to fix) . Other than that, we liked Melas and most likely come back and stay with them again.. thank you .

Staff from the catering, cleaning, reception, spa and last but not least the manager were excellent, courteous, polite. Highly recommend.
