it was high priced for an only average hotel. Only two hotels in Kittanning and the one where we usually stay was full.

Really easy to get to very clean nice pool

very happy with my stay, i would go back in a heart beat, the place was very well attended and a great staff

Only negative was a bug found in bathroom and ice machine on first floor out of order.

The hotel is in a quiet location and within walking distance of a Walmart, several restaurants and two shopping plazas. It’s the only decent hotel in the area and the staff are very friendly and helpful!

We were there for one night for a funeral; however, my fiancé grew up in the town. The service was very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and clean - I love that they have Dove products for toiletries! The only downside/complaint was the outside lighting - parking lot lights would be nice or even having the hotel sign lit up.

From the elevator on the second floor to my room, the carpet had not been vacuumed in days. When I left four days later it still had not been vacuumed. Employees hanging outside the building & sitting on a bench smoking. Go out back & smoke, no one wants to see you hanging outside everyday.

Customer service was fantastic. The breakfast was wonderful. The bed was extremely and loud. Just moving at night would wake me up.

Safe area i guess, so much so that there is no exterior lighting. Like driving up to a dark spooky vacant building at night. But clean friendly and helpful staff

Really enjoyed the hot breakfast. Attendant was very helpful. Kept the food well stocked and fresh. This was my second stay here as my daughter lives nearby. Room was clean and fresh smelling. Overall staff very helpful and courteous. I will stay here every time I visit my daughter

After making reservations and a 4 hour trip for a funeral. I found out that they dont take cash any more and thats all i have on me so not knowing this tried to get a card threw the wal mart there and got screwed there too so ended up sleepin in my truck. So i know nothing about your hotel. Hope that answers your questions. Dont think ill try again either. Could have been handled better then that thats for sure. Had to go to a funeral not shaven or showered. Thanks!!!!!

Acceptably clean, quiet , and right next to all the chain restaurants and Walmart. For an area with virtually no other options around I feel you get your money’s worth here. Just wish they would update the carpet to laminate in the rooms.

The room was very dark even with the lights on and you could feel the springs in the bed which made for a very long night

This is a former Holiday Inn Express. It’s very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also decent.
