Hotel limpio y lindo. Solo que muy ruidosos los pasillos

Excellent customer service

Room very clean and comfortable. The only downside was a kind of compressor working all night making excessive noise for customers located on the first level.

The parking area was perfect. The breakfast buffet was great, we enjoyed very much our stay The staff was very nice and polite We surely come back!

The tv doesn't work, the room doesn't have fridge, coffee maker or microwave. The mattresses were very hard.

GOOD HOTEL FOR THE AREA, CLEAN AND GOOD RESTAURANT, OFF THE MAIN ROAD SO A BIT OF ROAD NOISE DURING THE DAY. GOOD SERVICE AND COMFORTABLE ROOM.

Una buena opción para quienes están en la zona y quieren descansar en un lugar cómodo o si quieren relajarse en el jardín y la alberca del lugar.

The pool and garden area is really selling point the rooms are ok the beds are so firm they are borderline concrete. The buffet was very well apportioned.

The family had a wonderful time. The whole area is clean and Housekeeping was excellent. Beautiful pool area for children and adults. The Buffet is great, and 5 min. walk to shopping. Definitely will return

Was told by Orbitz that I would be offered a free room upgrade. I was not offered that. Also I was told I would get a free bottle of wine. I had to ask for it. The woman at the front desk said someone would bring it to my room. It never arrived.

Pésimo servicio del personal de restaurante muy mal modo de los meseros y la comida fría no lo recomiendo y también cuando se pide servicio al cuarto pésimo la persona que contesta . El Aire acondicionado se apaga y no se prende ,lo reporte y al otro día fue lo mismo caro el hotel y mal servicio no lo recomiendo

Very good place where to stay, close to highway, clean, just a bir of noise for the bathroom pipes, and the airco; but service was very good and quick for check in and check out.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, they had an array of choices and the food was fresh. location was a bit isolated but overall if you're looking for a nice comfortable place to decompress, highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. Very nice clean room. I loved having the security guard in the gated parking lot. Ordered room service and the food was great and very affordable!
