Very small basic room supposed to be deluxe room. Not at all as shown in the photos. No welcome drinks Very smelly bathroom. No nice toiletries. The water leaked on the floor after shower. So puddle all the time The room was so cold. We were told this is the best theycould do Located in a small narrow road where it can be over looked by the people across the road. Lots of little tourists restaurants with extremely loud live music. Couldn't sleep at all. Very very dark. There was only half curtain in the window. So no privacy. The wall papers were peeling. The TV didn't work The only thing was good was the staff. Amazing staff

Great location. Murad is a great lad, he allowed us to check in early and helped us find a taxi for our transfer. I’d suggest Gritti Pera to work on their breakfast.

We were impressed with the overall quality of this hotel. The staff was chatty and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was decent size and very stylish. Clean bathroom was also impressive. No complaints.

Price was so higher than other hotels. $10.00 per night. Too small room. I was in Peak hotel last year and this year was cheaper than this hotel. The on line photos wasn't real.

Awesome hotel, very friendly service, very accommodating staff, very clean as in the best location possible in istanbul especially of you like live music, heading out occasionally and of course eating and shopping.

Nicely located in the middle of the bubbling city. The surroundings are a bit noisy as it is located in a street with lots of restaurants and terraces. Reception is very friendly and helpful.

Arrival - Ayse was on the front desk and she was warm and friendly , approachable and always ready to offer assistance, made phone calls on our behalf regarding lost luggage. Samit was also on duty at times and equally helpful. Both spoke quite good English. Rooms are relatively sound proofed from each other but not from the noisy restaurants on the street below which also meant that we could not open our windows. There was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke which may have come in via the air conditioning system ?? They offered to move us to the back of the hotel but the room would have been even smaller so we declined. Room sizes are as per description. Most unusual is that for a 5 night stay our bed linen was never changed yet each day we received fresh bath linen. Breakfast: offered a large cold selection with various jams, cheeses, meat, vegetables, cakes, one cereal and one hot selection which varied each day, more than sufficient.

They double charge me whilst checking in. They did not try hard enough to resolve it. The manager did not seem to be caring enough to resolve the problem and left the matter to inexperienced and unauthorised staff. They still did not give satisfactory paperwork that my money refunded to my bank. I will not stay there again although I travel to Istanbul often.

Under no circumstances should you consider staying here over the weekend unless you intend to head out partying, as you will not get any sleep. There are a lot of extremely loud bars near this hotel. You will feel like you are sleeping in a nightclub until 3am/4am (I am not exaggerating). It's a shame as the hotel itself is fairly nice with attractive decor and is competitively priced. The rooms are tiny though (and we had a deluxe room). They should provide a complimentary street map to tourists (they try to sell you one). They also advised us at check-in that breakfast was not included, even though our booking stated it was included, so I can't comment on whether it was any good.

I would say the front desk clerk on duty from the time we arrive to the time we departed really made out trip worth wild. We would walk down every morning and we would tell him what we wanted to do for today. The front desk clerk gave my wife and I perfect directions to all locations using google. Come to think of it, we were like locals, knowing where we wanted to go and how to transit in and around the city without even asking for assistance from anyone. This front desk clerk was a true professional and is a big part of this hotel operation. I only wish I could remember his name I would single him out in this review. As a token of our appreciation, my wife gave him a tip upon our departure. I then told him that I plan on coming back to Istanbul over the Christmas holidays with my son and would love to book 2 rooms for this period.

Beds were as hard as stone, lil mold here and there, the windows had no purpose. Service and breakfast were nice tho.

Herşey gayet güzeldi ancak dışarıdan gelen sesler sebebiyle dinlenme konusunda (otelin konumundan kaynaklı) rahatsızlık yaşadık. Dışarıda eğlence neredeyse sabaha kadar devam ediyor ve bu durum yüksek ses yüzünden uyuyamamanıza sebep oluyor.

Otelin konumu süper..odam, çok konforluydu temizdi ve rahattı..kahvaltısı güzeldi...eğlence mekanlarına ve istiklal caddesine cok yakın olması, cok büyük bir avantaj.
