Simple, plain but clean, great location. Very nice made to order breakfast

Clean room, Staff helpfull/friendly. An old building but well appointed. No elevators, great location. No Ubers but cabs readily available. Ask for all date rain for those wanting effective, knowledgeable transportation.

Really happy with the Hotel.

Easy to walk around. Half of the staff really nice the the other half unfriendly. The room we got (suite 100 had an unfinished floor which is no big deal but it was quite noisy and there are lots of mosquitos in the room eating you alive.

The hotel was clean and very close to the city center. They have good breakfast!!

I did not like the room espepcially the bathroom. The shower drainaige was the worst I have ever encountered during my years travelling. Pretty dirty. Smell awkward. Needs alot of improvement.

Location was Wonderful! Room a little outdated , bed was hard, but room was clean. Right across the convent which was a plus as well as main plaza with many restaurants.

Great little hotel right in the centre of town. Wish we had stayed longer.

The only disadvantage to our room that it was right on our he street, and I did not sleep well as a result.

We had a large room and the shower was good and a big plus a refrigerator in the room. Walking distance to the convento and the pyramide.

This was our second stay here. We were here 2 years ago, also. This place is a reasonably nice hotel that is conveniently located. There were some initial issues with our room, but they rectified them in short order and all was well after that. This is a small and quiet hotel. They have a nice pool and a small restaurant. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Izamal.

The hotel is across the street from the convent, not part of it. Some of the pictures make it seem like you are staying in the convent. Our room was comfortable and clean, but small. There were narrowing stairs going to the room, and stairs in the room to go into the bathroom. The bathroom door is very, very short - had to almost bend over to get in. Our door did not lock securely, simply had to turn the knob to the left and bump the door to push it open when locked. The staff said that was the best they could do, but at least they had cameras. Our room was next to the street, so a bit too noisy - I would trade the view for some quiet. The restaurant on-site was amazing. All of the people in the hotel were very kind and welcoming. Bed was comfortable. I would happily return, but opt for an interior room. Enjoy Izamal, it is beautiful and amazing!

Beautiful comfortable property in a great location. We relaxed in the pool in the evening and if you walk up the stairs in the back there is a gorgeous view of the convent lit up beautifully.

There was no Internet in our room. Very spotty in the rest is the hotel.
