Room provided was a small double room which was not what I had booked and paid for. It was not suitable for two people. There was no answer on the number provided for assistance and it took an unacceptable length of time to get contact by messages and to be allocated another room. Hotels.com attempted to make contact regarding the incorrect room allocation and could not get any response. Accommodation providers know what hadms been booked and paid for plus they also know that the allocated room is inferior. That behaviour is not acceptable.
