Great hotel, everything was perfect

This was an excellent hotel. It was an excellent location walkable to everything, with an really high quality breakfast buffet.

The hotel is very good and in a great location. Clean comfortable room . The experience was dramtically affecred by a rude staff ( Mr Umbe***) at check in for my friend. I have to say the staff who cheked in was excellent. Orher negative factor was lack of enough parking space where the customer has to find own parking and pay for it. If the negatives were not counted i would rate thus as excellent place.

From the moment I arrived, the check-in counter was unwelcoming and surprisingly arrogant/ cussard/ sarcastic . I approached politely after a long journey, only to be met with condescending remarks and a cold, dismissive attitude. the staff member seemed more interested in asserting authority than offering service. Basic hospitality—like a smile or a greeting—was completely absent and was afraid to talk to him What should have been a smooth check-in turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable ordeal. The rest of the stay was fine, but the tone was unfortunately set from the start. Unless the management addresses this glaring issue with front desk attitude, I cannot recommend staying here. There are plenty of other hotels that understand the importance of a warm welcome. I will post my comments where ever possible unless a reasonable solution given . Thank you

Really nice hotel and most of the staff was friendly.

Excellent in every aspect.

This was my second time staying here and I was just as delighted as the first time. From check in, to making a sauna booking, to breakfast (which is probably the best in Norway!) the staff are so friendly and lovely. I stayed in a superior double which was clean, cosy, and spacious. Thank you ao much!

Very nice with amazing views.

Great hotel with an amazing breakfast. Close to the town center, restaurants and the Hurtigruten ship docks right next to the hotel! We will definitely stay there again when we come back to Lofoten.

Charming hotel right by the water, next to the town square. Plenty of shopping, eateries, a couple local tour guide company for adventures & excursions. There a sauna with sea cold plunge if you fancy. The restaurant was great, and the breakfast buffet was awesome.

This hotel is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at! First of all, the service from everyone I came into contact with was incredible. From front desk, to the dining staff, and even a housekeeper who taught me how to lock my door lol. Everyone working there was great! Second of all, it’s a beautiful hotel, and I think at least half of their rooms have sea views. I was soooo happy with my room! It was clean and very cozy. Plus, heated bathroom floors blew my mind lol. Lastly, the included breakfast was so good! They also had unlimited tea and coffee available. I am definitely a coffee drinker and I think I had at least 10+ lattes even though I just stayed just 3 days. Overall, this hotel is worth their price! I left obsessed it.

Staff going out of their comfort zone to provide excellent services. Not enough parking!

I was most pleased with how helpful and friendly the staff was. There was a last minute cancellation of one leg of my travel, and the staff was exceptionally helpful in helping me get an alternative, which would have been impossible for me as it was all in a foreign language!

Extremely close to cruise port, awesome breakfast buffet included, wonderful staff, nice shower. Would highly recommend!

This hotel is very clean and modern. The staff are friendly at the desk and restaurants. The breakfast was fantastic. We had a nice room on the fifth floor with a view out to sea and the mountains and statue of the fisherman’s wife. Thank you for a lovely stay.
