My husband and I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at Tree Tops! Audrey was so kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was comfortable, large, and well kept! We also especially enjoyed the free bicycles to use daily! I would definitely stay here again!

Treetops is amazing! You’re right off the water, in a quiet area that’s a short walking or biking distance to the main areas. Audre and the staff were very helpful in advising & setting up tours. They also did a wonderful job setting up the room for my husband’s birthday. 3 days was too short, so we’ll be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tree Tops and Caye Caulker! Audrey was so helpful with recommendations and navigating the island. We loved the view from the roof top deck (check the sunset out). Having water available to refill was super convenient. And finally, the use of bikes made travel around the island easy. Great property, super friendly staff.

Great hotel

This was a wonderful place to stay, with an amazing staff. The entire resort was keep in excellent condition, and the pool was amazing. I can't imagine being better taken care of!

My husband and I stayed for 16 nights at the Treetops Hotel. We could not have chosen a better place to enjoy our time on Caye Caulker. First, Audre, the manager, was extremely helpful from the time I made the reservation until the day we left. The staff was wonderful as well. The hotel and grounds were pristine and away from the busier end of the island near The Split. There's a pool and a private area on the beach for enjoying the tropical breeze. Then there was our room, Altun Ha. It was spacious and so well-designed! It didn't feel like a hotel room. I could go on and on. My husband and I agree, if we have the chance to go back to Belize, we will definitely stay there again!

Clean and comfortable. Adure was a great host! I feel the resort /property fees were overpriced There was nothing to charge that kind of fee for! As the sargassum was causing a horrific smell not their fault understandably but other hotels were removing it from the property so it was not such a toxic smell for their guests then I would have understood the high price and taxes for the property

Beach view was ok. Did not know about a spa, only a pool.

Everything about our stay stood out. From the moment we arrived we felt well taken care of. Audre is fantastic and every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Especially enjoyed my chat with Elisa!! Our room was spotless every day. The staff anticipate your needs before you even know you have them! ;). Every recommendation for activities or where to shop or eat was spot on. We used the pool as well as the ocean in front of the hotel. We didn't need a golf cart as everything is literally within walking distance. We loved that they had free bikes to use, but we didn't even use them as we enjoyed walking everywhere. Beautiful ocean breezes on the balcony made it great for relaxing in the heat of the day. This is our new favorite spot! Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!

Loved this place. Was able to see the sunrise from our balcony. The place was beautiful and spotless. The bikes were a huge bonus as it’s about a 15-20 minute walk to the Split. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I recently stayed at Treetops Hotel for four nights during our honeymoon. Audre and the rest of the team were accommodating, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay. Highlights of the property include its proximity to the water taxi, complimentary bikes provided with your stay, and modern, recently updated rooms. While the pool is small, it is still refreshing and was a welcome place to cool off after long days of adventuring. Audre was especially helpful in coordinating taxis to and from the airport, as well as arranging golf cart rides on the island. The only constructive feedback I would offer relates to the location. Being farther south, it is a bit removed from many restaurants and shops and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the Split. It is also situated in a small residential neighborhood, which I am sure is not typically an issue, but there was some loud construction noise and a party one night during our stay. That said, we were very happy with our experience and would absolutely return the next time we are on Caye Caulker. Thank you, Audre and team.

Clean quiet room away from the center of town by the beach.

All of the staff was friendly and very helpful! The room, pool, and whole property was clean and tidy. We loved being able to borrow a bike for the day and really appreciated having drinking water readily available. Close walk to everything but quiet at night. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel was phenomenal. The room was always cleaned upon our return and they even remembered my birthday over this stay and ensured I walked into birthday balloons after a day of exploring. Audré was very attentive, checking in on us and answering any requests/questions we had very timely. Location was perfect- far enough from the split to avoid the noise but close enough to easily access restaurants, shops, and the water. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, lovely island decor and all very clean and new looking. Staff was very cordial and welcoming and were able to help with all our needs. It is about a 5 minute walk to water taxi and restaurants. Bikes are provided for free that we used on trails around the island. View of sunrise and sunsets from the premises were great. Would definitely recommend.

Smart hotel near shops and restaurants overlooking the sea with good pool.

Our TreeTops suite was excellent, very clean and comfortable, great staff, quiet location not far from the town center. An excellent choice for Caye Caulker!
