The swimming pool wasn't at the property we stayed at. We were disappointed that that information wasn't noted on their website.

Good

Good location. Had to call down for tv remote, but it was brought up to our room very quickly. One light bulb was out on a bedside lamp. Room was small but clean and had a very comfortable bed. Great recommendation for dinner from the front desk.

The room was cute and quiet. The casino was great! I had a great time

The covered parking is nice but if you’re actually staying at the hotel it’s not very convenient to have to take your luggage across the street to the hotel.

The pool was in a different building. On top of that, it wasn’t in working order. That was not made clear or easily seen when booking via the app. The places to get food were only available in the casino building, also not clear. Not ideal if kids are present. Staff was great helping us maneuver the hiccups

It is always a great place to stay when we visit Cripple Creek.

The rooms were just okay. Bed was decent, pillows were awful. Paper thin walls, could hear everytime your neighbor flushed the toilet. Hair left in the shower from previous tenant. Not attached to the casino.

The property was fine.

I wish that the listing actually mentioned that the pool is not in the premises but at a different site. I also wished that it was more quiet at night. I heard a lot of footsteps around me up until 1am. It was hard to sleep.
