Horrible front desk staff need more training how to tread customers

We stayed there twice in two different rooms. The quality of the rooms was outstanding for the level of the hotel; we couldn't understand the low score given by others, even more so when compared to other hotels in the area. I think it is fair to say this is one of the best options in the area, as we spent a couple of weeks jumping from hotel to hotel due to the lack of rooms during Christmas

Pictures are not the same as the condition of the room. This is false advertising! Dingy linen and towels and no bathroom amenities. Safe and refrigerator was out of order. I will never stay there again.

The hotel was okay but very limited amenities. Rooms had one glass, no access to ice and pool closed at 7.

Convenient location downtown. Although we didn’t swim the pool looked nice. The hotel is a bit dated but the room had decent amenities like a cold mini fridge and AC.

Well the room full dust around ledge and the air conditioner was malfunctioning. Here in the review you can see a fotos of the room.

Staff was great, hotel was clean and seemed to be safe. Surrounding area of Bocas town was pretty run down and dirty

This property is very affordable. However the rooms are a little musty smell like mold. I stayed in room 124. The roads in Boca is horrible. They are working on the roads and I was told it's been a year and nothing much has changed. The pool was nice. Next door property is a soar eye.

This was a budget family holiday and the location was great for restaurants bars and nightlife. We used the hotel as a base for travelling to different islands using water taxis so ticked the box . Staff were friendly and helpeful.

This was a really spectacular stay as the room was spacious/clean and had a fridge, tv, air conditioning, good wifi, safe, hot water, and a deck (for the specific room provided). There was a great pool in the courtyard in a private space. There is also breakfast in the adjacent Japanese restaurant that serves a morning buffet from 7-10am with good options for omelet, braised chicken, pastries, ham/cheese, and coffee/tea/juice for a good value. Ali (spelling... sorry) was super informative during check-in and she kindly remembered to wish a happy birthday which I appreciated. The rest of the ladies there are very friendly and smiling to welcome you; the gentlemen not so much but service was efficient.

The staff is very friendly.

The rooms have very thin walls and you can here people having sex in adjoining rooms

Aisha at main desk helped us a lot, her willingness to help was amazing. also a good and neat place to stay, really clean !

The AC stopped working…so I had two very uncomfortable nights. Staff were not bothered. Don’t stay here.
