No parking; too complicated on check-in, you need to register online before you can check in; room was super tiny, the bathroom sink is too small to put your bottles; you have to change the sofa to your bed by yourself, after that, your room is full occupied by the bed; most important was I can’t shut down the AC, there was no phone in the room and no people at the front desk at night, it was 17 degrees the whole night, I woke up at 5:40 because of the cold, then I went to took shower, water was not warm enough neither, water flow was very tiny. Overall experience was bad.

We loved the location of this hotel. The room was wonderful. It was extremely clean and perfect site for us as a couple. There was only one set of towels however. I brought an extra towel so it ended up being ok. I love all the amenities. The iron was very old and stained. I brought my own iron so I was able to use it to iron my clothing with. The outside pool needed more water & third day was cloudy so I didn't use it. That was disappointing.

This property was excellent. Great location, close to metro, good food, shops, underground. It was beautiful and well maintained. The beds were the best beds I have ever had at a hotel. I’m obsessed with the mattresses. (They are firm). I also personally loved the firm couch. Front desk was very helpful, restocking was easy. Pool was small but wasn’t an issue for our stay. The app was a little slower and a bit unclear at times (says to select check out when leaving, but not an option to do so and the front desk said it was a known issue). I was nervous about the balconies because I have two toddlers. So a couple things on baby proofing - I didn’t use the balconies due to my own anxieties but they were nice and had ample furniture (we were in a superior 3 bedroom). The door is similar to an up/down handle and then slid open, so I am sure we could have shoved some things in there to prevent opening but since I didn’t use the balcony my kids didn’t notice they could go out. All doors are up/down handles which was tough for toddlers because they could open all doors including the front one. We kept them safe by using the latch when we were in the apartment so even though they opened they could only get it opened like 2 inches. Overall, super happy and will absolutely be going back.

Modern, clean, well-equipped 3rd floor apartment in a great downtown location near to the Metro. Good gym and nice terraces. Small roof pool was fun. Continuous city noise (aircon, rubbish collection, shouting from the street) disturbed our sleep. Hotel offered earplugs.

Great short stay, the apartment was light and airy, we had great views over the CBD and a balcony you could sit on, comfy bed that accommodated my 6’4’’ husband for length, washing machine and dryer so good as moving on with clean clothes. I used the gym, sauna, steam room and pool and was happy with all. Numerous coffee shops and restaurants around, we ate well only a street away every night. 3 mins to subway and 10 mins to underground city. Will definitely use for next trip to Montreal

The stay was good overall. The selling point is the location, down town and close to the Metro. But I travelled with a young baby as part of a larger family group in a 3 bedroom apartment. The doors are frosted glass that let light through, which wasn’t good in the evenings once the baby had gone to sleep. There were only 4 chairs around the dining table instead of 6, so all of us couldn’t sit down and eat together. My baby had black knees from the floor at the end of each day — I’m not convinced it was particularly well cleaned before we arrived. I’d probably stay here again because of the good location and amenities but in many respects the property felt like style over substance.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I feel this experience is worth sharing—so you can be the judge. The Good: The hotel’s location is great—centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions. The pool and gym were both very nice and well-maintained. They also offer a secure luggage storage area, which was helpful when we arrived early. The Bad: We arrived at the hotel around 1 p.m. and asked about the possibility of an early check-in. The front desk agent told us that the room wasn’t clean yet, which I completely understood. She assured us she’d text when the room was ready, so we stored our bags and went downtown. We returned around 3 p.m., and she again said the room wasn’t ready. I politely asked if we could sit by the pool while waiting, and she said that was fine. So far, no issues. At 4 p.m. (official check-in time), I went to the room—and found the housekeeping staff still cleaning it. I went back down and told the same front desk agent. This is when the tone of the interaction changed. She was dismissive and rude, saying they were busy and it would only be a few more minutes. I was surprised by her attitude—no apology, no empathy, just a cold “go ahead and complain if you want to.” So that’s exactly what I’m doing. When you pay for a hotel stay, you expect to be able to check in at the time promised. And if a delay happens, a simple apology or acknowledgment goes a long way. Room Cleanliness: While the room appeared generally clean, there

A fine apartment hotel in the heart of Montreal downtown. It is well appointed, has excellent amenities like a pool, sauna, etc., and has a responsive staff. A couple of small issues: they do not clean the apartment unless you pay for it if you do not stay for at least two weeks, which I think is a bit much. People should at least get a cleaning if they stay for a week. The balcony views were not great and one felt immersed in the air of air conditioning units working overtime when one stepped out. All in all, we would go back, but not hands down.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for a week and loved it! The kitchen has everything you need and there’s in unit laundry which was nice. Front desk staff were helpful and sweet. The amenities were great - we had a fun time in the sauna, gym and pool. Location was amazing - step outside and you’ll be right on a bike path with easy access to the Bixi bike share. If biking is not your thing, around the corner you’ll find the Guy-Concordia metro station. We walked a lot and explored the area - so many yummy restaurant options and groceries as well. Highly recommend this location!

Great view, privacy, good space. The only downside was that the 2nd bed was too small and there was not a couch pull out or sofa bed for the 4th person. We travel with children and one of them managed to sleep on the couch but not comfortably
