The hotel location is not too far from the station, but it is still quite far from Shin-Osaka Station, around 1 km. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff always greeted us and were friendly. The room I chose was also spacious enough to open 4 suitcases. It will definitely be an option again for my next trip.

Hotel location is quite easy to reach from nishinakajima station. Staff was helpful and nice. Unfortunately bed size too pack for 3 of us eventhough I had reserved for 2 adults and 1 children but we just had one queen bed.

I recommend this hotel. Near to the train station. Spotless, comfy, and good service.

Good place to stay for a couple

The hotel's location is close to the station and food stalls, making it easy to get around so you don't have to walk too far.

It’s a good location, near from everywhere that I want to visit, and for convenience, the room is clean and quite large compared to hotels in Tokyo 😁

This hotel is close to Nishinakajima-Minamigata Station (Midosuji Line) and is also not too far from Shin-Osaka Station. But if you have more agendas around Namba or Shinsaibashi, you should choose another location of this hotel branch which is in the Namba Area or around. Because it feels very tiring when you have been around the city all day and then have to go back to the hotel by train for about 30 minutes.

The area is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the shinkansen, small but very very clean.

A bit far from Shin Osaka station which is a major station if you are travelling from outside Osaka. And the hotel does not provide any drinking water other than the first day check in, does not provide even tap water in the room nor in the restaurant for free.

Strategic location, the rooms are quite spacious for Japanese standards, the service is good and friendly. Recommend staying here.

Not far from the station, the staffs are very good, the accommodation is good, clean, can sleep 2 people, not cramped, not expensive, worth it, highly recommended.

The hotel is within walking distance of the station, and it's not hard to find the place. The place is near a couple of convenience stores and some chain restaurants. The space is not very big, but it's enough if you don't bring big and many pieces of luggage. The check-in and check-out process is fast. There are a couple of washing machines in the hotel with a dryer.

Hotelnya luas dan harga terjangkau. Staff ramah. Gak terlalu jauh juga dari stasiun shin osaka. Di sekitar hotel banyak tempat makan … kalian cukup book hotel di shin osaka kl mau explore kyoto- osaka Jadi gak perlu ribet tarik-tarik koper.

Hotel dekat dengan Stasiun Shin-Osaka, masih termasuk walking distance sekitar 10-15 menit dengan akses jalan kaki yang baik. Lebih dekat ke metro station Nishinakajima-Minamigata, sekitar 3 menit jalan kaki. Aksesibilitas sangat baik, karena dekat dengan metro ke pusat keramaian seperti Namba dan Umeda. Kamar bersih dan rapi, compact size tapi masih terasa lumayan lega untuk space koper.
