This hotel was perfect. Staff were very friendly and can speak many languages, but knowing a few words in Japanese does help. The room is small yet cosy. It was ok for me as I had one suitcase, but if you have lots of luggage it may be uncomfortable. They have a nice foyer, and breakfast service. I personally didn't go for breakfast, but turning it down was as easy as pressing the "no" button on a tv!
Bed was comfy, there's a lovely view from the room window, and basic amenities are covered (sans for toothbrush and toothpaste.) Overall, I was blown away by the quality of my stay, so thank you!
