The place is really near to Hakata Station, about 5 mins walk. The room is not bad with regular sized of Japanese hotels. There are self-service facilities like waters, towels, and when you check out in the early morning, you can just do it yourself.

The room is not too small, a 29-inch suitcase can be spread out. The bed is a good size, can sleep. 2 people without feeling uncomfortable

It is quite far from Hakata station if you travel with luggage (10 minutes above to JR station). The room is spacious and clean. However, there is additional charge for luggage storage at 550 Yen/each per day even if it is your check-in or check-out date.

The hotel is close to the bus terminal, the rooms are nice, but you have to clean it yourself, throw away the trash yourself, you can't send your suitcase from the hotel, you have to pay for your luggage.
