Victoria studios was extremely clean and near the Clergio tower and the famous bookstore. There were really nice gardens in the surrounding as well. The property was clean and the manager was responsive. There are a few takeaways from my stay : 1. Make sure to fill out the pre arrival details else it could impact your check in. I was travelling and did not fill that out so had to do it upon my arrival to the hotel. 2. The location even though is close to Rebeira but 500 m in porto is a lot of stairs :) For my personal preference it was a little further than I would have wanted from the river. 3. There is no elevator in the property, so I had to bring my luggage up and down and I was travelling by myself with a big bag. 4. There aren’t a lot of restaurants open close by if you are staying for late dinner.

Great location, not the comfiest bed and the place could do with a touch up - but absolutely good value for money and did the job!

The apartment was clean, quiet, well located, and a pleasure to stay in. Angela was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again next time I'm In Porto.

This is a poorly maintained property. Mold and mildew damage is everywhere. Reeked of mildew and mold. The AC was not maintained and sounded like an airplane taking off. AC filter was beyond filthy. Look like no one had cleaned in many years. The bathroom was so narrow I had to sit sidewise to use the toilet. First aid kit was empty. Only way to use tea pot was by putting the pot on the floor next to the only plug. Bathroom door would not close because of mold damage.

This walk-up studio apartment was in the heart of Porto walkable to all major sites. It was an authentic experience of old Porto and I found the people very friendly and helpful in the neighborhood.

Easy to get to .We arrived at midnight ,was no trable to get in apartment ,they have good system in place .Everything is walkable . Lots of restaurants around.

Perfect stay for a couple. Kitchenette was convenient to cook breakfast in mornings. Easy check in and great location. It is at a high point of Porto so there is a hill walking back to the place every time

A great little studio for 1 to 2 ppl (max)! Bathroom sink is a little small but everything else was good. The bright, white light bulbs are not my favourite, I feel they should have more full spectrum type lighting. The kitchen fan light is what I used for ambiance once the sun went down. Great location but a lot of stairs if you are on third level. Not suitable for anyone that has mobility issues. Safe, clean, pretty quiet and in an area with lots to eat and do!

Communication was good with property management. There was a neighbor who is very loud throughout our stay. Clearly in need of mental health intervention. Otherwise great location.

Nice overall experience. Excellent location- for better or worse, you are right next to some amazing attractions. That means that the noise can be a bit much at night/in the morning, but you are in walking distance of what you probably want to see. Kitchenette was really handy, though we did notice that the sink had a leak in it, leading to the previous people’s fishy water/oil mix dripping into the frying pan below… not a good smell! Otherwise, clean and secure. Would stay again (with ear plugs!).

Nice self contained flat with wifi and amenities. Service was amazing and helpful. Gave us lots of recommendations too!! Flat location is brilliant to explore Porto and along the river.

Studio très bien placé mais tout en haut de porto ( beaucoup de montées), quartier de clérigos animé et sympa. Linge, éponge, liquide vaisselle,gel douche, torchon et sel fournis,super ! Absence de toaster, petites cuillères et barre de seuil porte de la salle de bain décollée, difficile d'ouvrir la porte .(Studio 4) Mais bon logement !

Die Kommunikation ist sehr seltsam. Erst wird per Whatsapp die Zahlung der Kaution angewiesen, was vom Vorgehen an Betrügerbanden erinnert und ich mich erst bei Expedia rückversichert habe, dass das die richtigen Infos sind. Auf Fragen zum Check-Out wurde dann gar nicht mehr geantwortet.

Établissement très bien placé. Pas loin de la gare et du centre de la vieille ville. L'appartement à besoin d'être rafraîchi. L'escalier d'accès aux appartements peut-être un point négatif au niveau bruit.

Logement très bien placé dans le centre historique, attention cependant, pas mal de côtes à monter pour rentrer en fin de journée 😄 Studio bien aménager, rien à redire, les seuls points faibles pour moi sont les sols qui grincent beaucoup donc on entend des voisins du dessus marcher en pleine nuit 🙃 et le clochard qui passe beaucoup de temps dans la rua de Trás à crier en boucle les mêmes mots portugais ! Mais rien du fait de l’hôtel. Petit couac avec le sèche-cheveux qui ne fonctionnait pas sinon, j’ai beaucoup apprécié le séjour 👍
