Clean, elegant, comfortable and well-located. The staff was kind, profesional and helpful.

A very comfortable and modern place to stay - it smelled amazing! My room included the executive lounge and I really enjoyed the assortment of snacks and juices in the morning. The area was very walkable and ideal if you want to walk to the Miraflores malecón or Barranco. The service was outstanding. Thank you Andrés and Luis for making the check in so welcoming.

This hotel is great and the staff is fantastic. We were able to do early check-in and they kept our bags while we walked around miraflores. The bags were in our room before we got back. The room was spacious and spotless. The beds & pillows were comfortable. We even had a partial water view. The restaurant downstairs was good and the rooftop has great pizza.

Great hotel at a great location. Nice comfortable rooms, great breakfast, amazing staff. The bar / restaurant area was great and the food and cocktails at a different level.

For a five-star hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and service. Upon arrival, I found a used contact lens and someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor, which made the room feel unclean. Additionally, the fridge was not working, and there was only one pair of robe and slippers instead of two, which was inconvenient.

Very chic modern hotel easy quick check in and check out great Lima location

Great location plenty of cafes, bar and restaurants within easy walking distance. We had access to the business lounge and found the lounge comfortable. Free drinks between 18.00 and 20.00 was a nice touch however the food in the morning and evening needed to be replenished more frequently. At time their very little if no food left for guests.

The location is excellent, and the room is clean, tidy, and beautiful.

Excellent Hotel ,amenities and room

This is a nice modern hotel in a great area of Lima, the staff were attentive and friendly.

I had reservations for a king single room, when I checked in they said I had been upgraded to a jr suite. It was such a beautiful room. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Clean, safe and wonderfull staff. Dr on duty came in handy too.

We had a great time at this property, the rooftop was amazing and the room service was very convenient.

Property was nice and in a great location. I have a huge problem with this place. At midnight the housekeepers were opening and closing doors in other rooms. It almost seemed like they were trying to be loud. Woke me up and kept me up for 30 minutes. I thought it was other guests but I finally went out to go say something and they’re just in the hallway laughing opening and closing the door across the way. Why midnight? Ruined my sleep and I had to get up at 3:30 to catch my flight

The best hotel to stay in miraflores

Every things are good，breakfast is best，but exhausting system should be modified.

Personnel was absolutely by being on a fancy cruise. I’d like to do a special thanks to. Alejandro and director Martin. There had been some problems on Valentine’s Day with getting food out without waiting a very long time and the personnel at the hotel was able to set everything right and provide compensation so what could have become a disaster turned into a nice stay. We really like the professional upbeat staff that really put in time and effort to their jobs to make sure that every Guest is treated like a VIP
