Room was spotless with complete modern kitchen and bath. Nice short walk to the beach! Only issue I had was upstairs neighbors were beyond loud!! Asked for help because got woken up at 4am and 630am with kids running, jumping, and lord knows what else was going on up there. If I was to stay again I would get a 3rd floor to avoid this.

Only issue I had was there management wanted to charge an extra $35 for a extra parking pass for one night. Seemed a little ridiculous. Other car parked down the road for $5 and walked.

This place was easy to check in and since I was on the top floor I was able to see the beach from my room. Wasn't easy block walk to beach access.

My husband and I had a fantastic long weekend vacation in Surf City, and this place was perfect! We appreciated how clean and beautiful it was, and we loved how each room faced out toward the ocean when you opened your door to step outside. The beach was super easy to access (you just had to walk across two quiet streets), and it was so easy to walk down to the boardwalk area by the bridge to shop or eat at one of the many amazing restaurants. The parking was super easy, and we honestly only had to use our car a couple of times because of how easy everything else was to access on foot. Communication with the property associates was easy, and it was nice not having to check in to a front desk - we just went right to our room when we arrived! The price was very fair for the location and accommodations (we stayed in early May). We will definitely be coming back!

The property could use a long mirror in one room for extra Help. Also hot water was still not hot when them came . The property itself was gorgeous. Need some paper towels there or napkins. Thanks for the stay.

The stay was very nice except for the fact we had to change rooms after we had settled in due to heater not working. No credit for that. Book your stay directly through the property website. DO NOT BOOK THRU HOTELS.com/EXPEDIA!!! unless you wish to spend an extra $75./night

My husband and I took an impromptu vacation during the off season and wound up in Topsail Island. The suite was spacious and clean. Not sure what it’s like during peak season but I definitely recommend Saltwater Suites. They have bikes you can check out and explore the island. There is a great NY deli on the island that makes a great breakfast sandwich. All in all would recommend.

Phenomenal stay, place is first class from the ease of checking in/out to the luxurious bedding, slept like a baby, the cleanliness of the unit, the extras below the unit for the guest to enjoy, the location is perfect. Five Stars for sure.
