Everything was good but honestly the check-in, check out, the valet service, and the baggage service is terrible. They can’t deal well with busy times and everything of the above-mentioned is significantly delayed. There’s no kids pool that allows kids <6 to swim safely.

Cleanliness and amazing hospitality

HOTEL IS EXCELLENT . TRIED THE HOTEL SECTION BEFORE THE ROOM SERVICES WERE EXCELLENT. THIS TIME I TRIED THE APARTMENTS ROOM SERVICES WERE NOT GOOD AT ALL VERY SLOW AND FORGETFUL .

They delayed our check in after 3:00 pm around 35 minutes because our room was not ready. For this reason, they offered complimentary breakfast for all the family

We recently enjoyed a fantastic family holiday at the Vida Beach Resort Marassi Al Bahrain, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff's exceptional service and politeness impressed us. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Our spacious and well-equipped 2-bedroom apartment provided ample room for our family. The apartment had everything we needed, and the strong Wi-Fi signal was a bonus. The hotel boasts a beautiful beach, perfect for relaxation and water activities. We also appreciated the state-of-the-art gym, which allowed us to maintain our fitness routine while on vacation. One of the highlights of the resort is its direct link to the brand-new Marassi Galleria Mall. This modern mall houses a wide variety of shops and restaurants, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. Overall, we had an outstanding experience at Vida Beach Resort Marassi Al Bahrain. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, a stunning beach, and convenient access to the mall made it an ideal choice for our family holiday. We would not hesitate to return for another memorable vacation.

Wonderful stay for family of four

The property was stunning. All the staff was amazing and make us feel so welcomed. The beach was beautiful and my kids had so much fun. The breakfast was so delicious and great options. Loved that the mall was in walking distance from the resort.

Great hotel and location But food needs upgrading

Vey clean, modern, and well equipped apartments with all of the amenities. Away from busy Manama streets while still only about 20 minutes drive to souq or Avenues Mall. Staff is very attentive and professional.

Very disturbing and noisy music after midnight, rooms are not noise isolated, you can feel every beat outside even from 6th floor. it was a sleepless night. The surrounding is totally dependent on the mall which is yet to have enough dining and retail store options. Location is relatively quite far from Manama. Rooms aren’t spacious, food was below average, and hotel price is too high for the quality and experience you get. Everything could have been acceptable except the noise. Positive thing is the responsiveness of staff, they were very helpful at their scope, cleanliness was also good.
