I booked two rooms through Hotels.com. Unfortunately, the booking system does not link directly with the Sekonda portal, meaning you have to manage your booking through a separate system. This created several frustrations. Although all information was sent to my email and phone, I ended up with two separate portals for two rooms. I knew at booking that it was self-check-in, which was fine, but the Sekonda portal states that your room code can be found under the “Key Code” tab. What it does not explain is that this tab only appears 10 minutes before check-in. This caused unnecessary stress. We arrived an hour early and were told we could leave our luggage in a secure room, but this also required a code. The code was apparently meant to be sent at 10am, but it never arrived. We spent around 45 minutes sitting on the hotel floor emailing and messaging for help with no response (my many conversations with AI were not particularly helpful!). Thankfully, 10 minutes before check-in, the Key Code tab appeared and we received our room codes. The rooms themselves were beautiful, clean and well presented, so things felt positive. Unfortunately, the following day we returned around 4pm hoping to relax with a quiet drink outside or in our room, only to be met with constant drilling and concrete-breaking noise. We understand maintenance is necessary, but this should have been communicated to guests beforehand.

Very clean room and good breakfast. Little bad scent in room. Location was pretty okay but we were not able to return with bus, because it took another route for some reason.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel — the rooms were nice and clean, and the location was so peaceful and relaxing. We had a room with a terrace which was perfect. Special thanks to Zoe from Zzzing for excellent communication and so much patience throughout. The kitchen staff were also incredibly kind and understanding, and they met my daughter’s celiac needs with no cross contamination without it being a problem at all. A big thank you especially to Aloe for his care and understanding — it made all the difference for us. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean. And they clean it every day, I like that.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable and good shower. Tea, coffee and water provided. Great breakfast. Really set us up for the day.

Nice staff and really helpful , room size is massive and bed is comfortable , everything is really good ,better than what we expected, thank you for the good service.

The design is minimalist and clean. The rooms and the entire place are spotless. You only see staff at breakfast and cleaning. Breakfast isn't very good, the food is mediocre, there isn't much variety, and it's very crowded. It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel; you handle your own check-in.

Pool not open. Trouble with room access and key pads. Lift not always available, but hotel size and outdoor space good

Room clean, really disliked self check in. Had to call as relevant access codes not sent via email. Not told room was in another building so a bit of difficulty finding room.Breakfast area very crowded. Overall, we were happy with the hotel though.

We had a penthouse room with its own private terrace. The room was large and spacious with an amazing huge bathroom. The staff were friendly and courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of healthy choices.

We have been visiting Gozo for many years and somehow missed this place. It ticks all the boxes: clean, great location, and awesome checking-in staff. Great place to stay.

Elegant hotel and a warm feel.

I went 30 minutes before closing and there wasn’t enough variety as expected. The room was spacious, and all in all we had an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is beautifully maintained. I made an overnight stay.

We liked the property. Kristina was very helpful. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good but busy and often there was a shortage of crockery.
