Convenient location near train station, quiet and functional room with comfortable large bed. Overall clean, but shower door had some mold.

This hotel was wonderful! It was in a great location close to public transportation and a little bakery across the street. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and kind. The rooms were lovely, clean and well-appointed. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was amazing!

I stayed here for business and it was a nice hotel. About a 15 minute walk from the train station, 20 minute walk to dkfz, 15-20 minute walk to the old town area with lots of shops and bars. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and had beautiful windows with great natural light. I purchased the hotel breakfast and it was fantastic - wide variety of healthy and hearty options.

It was a pleasant and informative welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable with good light, and storage space. The breakfast buffet was really brunch...with every imaginable choice...and totally delicious, plus great and generous coffee.

The staff was very friendly and provided all help when required. I stayed in an apartment which was good. The breakfast was fine.

We booked the largest available room called apartment. The hotel did not disclose when we booked it that the apartment was located in another building, a block away from the hotel. We had to roll our luggage there. The furniture inside was like from the flea market, the table scratched and warned out, bed was contemporary while the wardrobe was old fashioned brown, the sink in the bathroom cracked, no air conditioning. Felt like an old Airbnb and not a hotel at all. You would not find in this apartment anything even close to the nice pictures published by hotel on Expedia. Would not recommend.

This is a modern hotel a short walk or tram ride from the old town. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Staff at reception were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is an underground car park for which a fee is payable but it is secure so this was a positive for me. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was full on our first night due to a festival taking place in the city so it was necessary to select a time slot for breakfast on the Sunday morning, this wasn't a problem and there was a good selection of food and this was kept stocked up throughout service. Even though the hotel was full it was very quiet (although when the people in the room above used their shower the water splashing on the shower base sounded something like an old steam train) If I were to return to Heidelberg in future I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Modern but comfortable hotel that is close to the train station and within walking distance of the old town. Staff were polite and helpful. Great free coffee in the lobby. Large room with a comfortable bed and the best shower I've had in years. Not only has heating and A/C ventilation, but also has heating/cooling floors in both bedroom and bathroom. We upgraded our room and ended up with a private patio which was a delightful surprise.

Qube hotel is perfectly located halfway between the central train station and the walkable boulevard in the historical center.
