Friendly staff, great location and would highly recommend

Arrived order breakfast day 1 130ron each breakfast great day 2 breakfast was not the best my wife ordered from al carte menu and i then got her a coffee then got my Breakfast myself ate that went up for some cakes and fruit i then finished mine joanna was still waiting asked again then was told she had to wait few mins to prepare it was lost in transit she eventually got her breakfast and was good, i then sat and watch her eat on her own apart from that it was great

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. pool and spa were excellent. Major downside was the noise pollution from street and music from bars nearby.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and looked just like the photos. Excellent location with plenty of places to eat located around the hotel in the old town. We didnt get to use the spa or gym but on my next visit I will definitely check them out. The staff very nice, helpful, pleasant and full of information.

The room was clean, and the cleaning ladies were friendly. Still, there were times during oir stay that the hall in our floor waa full of dirty dishes uncollected

A most enjoyable stay from the accomodations, to the staff, meals, spa, gym, etc. I almost never write reviews. So, for me to take the time to offer a review means the accomodations and operations had to be HIGHLY commendable; extraordinary.

Beautiful building, comfortable modern rooms. Loved the lounge bar and Vault Bar.

Lovely hotel

The Marmorosch Bucharest is, in many ways, pure Instagram. The lobby, entrance, façades, and public spaces are beautifully decorated—especially during the holidays—and feel grand and festive. However, the rooms themselves are very basic: modern, clean, and functional, but nothing special or memorable, and a clear contrast to the dramatic common areas. Much of the hotel atmosphere felt dominated by people using the space mainly for photo shoots, with constant outfit changes and staged photos, which made it difficult to relax as a guest. Our first check-in was cold and unwelcoming, and we were told the Vault bar was fully booked—only to later find it half empty. The first room was basic and had a constant ticking noise; after requesting a change, we were moved to a better room the second night, which significantly improved the stay. The location is excellent and very convenient, and I would consider staying again for that reason alone. Overall, it’s a visually striking hotel, but the experience feels more curated for social media than centered on consistent, genuine hospitality.
