Staff is super rude. When we checked in, the bellboys never helped us with the luggage, especially since we are a big group (10 pax) with many big luggages. Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working on the second night, and we had to get the access code from reception. When we complained, Raffaela, as Guest Experience Manager, only said sorry and challenged us to write bad reviews about this hotel. She did not sincerely feel sorry for us. Definitely won’t come back to this hotel for all of us. With this price and this service, definitely no satisfaction.
