Fantastic two days with wife at the Loutrel. Delicious b'fast. Clean, high-end and friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel in historic Charleston just steps away from the City Market. Spacious rooftop seating area. Several restaurants, attractions, and shops within walking distance. Staff is very helpful and attentive. I had a heat-related incident and multiple staff members checked on me and offered to help. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay- centrally located with many amenities. It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. Customer Service was top notch!

This place is WONDERFUL! Perfect location for the market, catching a horse carriage ride, lots of restaurants, couple of blocks to waterfront. BUT, the Loutrel is impeccable! From the moment you walk in the door, smiling faces. Our room was so so very clean, modern, with great turndown service we didn’t even have to ask for! Bar has happy hour🍷Refreshing drinks are there to welcome you in. The people who work here are SO eager to help and do it with a smile! Thanks for a Very Pleasant surprise in staying here!

Great boutique hotel in downtown, next to market and lots of places to walk to - shop, eat, art, history.

The staff is incredible. They go out a d beyound in customer service. The cleanliness of the room and hotel is spotless. Also you are within walking distance to attractions.

This hotel was so beautiful from the moment you walk into the lobby. The room was incredible with beautiful decorations, lots of light, and very comfy beds. The breakfast in the morning had a bit of everything and was delicious.

We loved The Loutrel and would recommend it to others. Perfect location. Beautiful hotel and fabulous amenities....snacks & drinks included w/room. Finest hour on rooftop. Dyson hair dryer, crisp sheets, bright room, BIG tv, cookies @turn down in evening.

A very good hotel in the French quarter of Charleston. Attentive staff, nice rooms. Excellent location for walking in historic Charleston. We chose not to rent a car because parking can be a challenge in down town Charleston. It was a very nice stay.

Very nice hotel, that felt fresh and clean. Beautiful decorated. Perfect location in Charleston downtown. Highly recommended.

We loved this property, the beds so comfortable, super clean, drinks and snacks provided, terrace great in the evening, took the bikes out for a ride. Breakfast was really good too! Took a sisters trip and we felt so spoiled.

I was disappointed that there were no ice machines and that there were no room service options. (Namely coffee) I’m unsure where this information is but perhaps you could better inform people.

The night stand lights do not turn on with out the main overhead light being turned on. Send maintenance. Room 211. Other than that little detail, it was great!

The Loutrel is a very stylish hotel - modern and bright, with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of lovely free snacks, room mini bar with a free cocktail hour each day. We highly recommend and will return if ever back in Charleston.
