Stay was wonderful room was clean and had great amenities with the exception of a few ants and a very noisy neighbor that screamed and banged for two days. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Ants all over living area. Malik at front desk took a personal call while giving me information, and as a result forgot to give me instruction on how to access my room. Had to call the front desk and be put on hold to get the info i needed to even get in my room. Poor service. And ants - gross.

The first room we had, had ants in multiple areas. We notified the front desk and were upgraded for free. The room had no ants but there were marks on all the walls and it just looked like nothing had been thoroughly cleaned. The only reason we stayed was because the beds seemed cleaned and there were no more options near us.

On hottest day of the year the air conditioning wasnt working and all they could offer was a fan. My family had to drive through the night back home. We were not the only guests to have this issue. The night manager said we should be able to get a refund for the room but we just found out they denied the request. Also be aware that the offstreet parking is a nightmare. I would not recommend this hotel.

June 23,2025-I came to DC for a concert, arrived at the hotel at check in time, was told their system was down, they began checking other guests in, after waiting 20 minutes past my check in time, I inquired if I could be checked yet, I was told the room was not ready, and that I could put my bags in a storage locker and check in after my event, which I ended up doing. Fast forward to 11 pm when I returned, was finally able to check in, and was led to a room in a dirty sub floor area. The room was disgusting. Dirt on the floors, mold in the bathroom, and only pillows and sheets for bedding. This was not the room I booked online at all. I was too tired to walk all the way back to reception to ask why, instead used my hoodie as a blanket. I checked in at 11pm and checked out at 7 the next morning, to find that I had been billed more than the reservation was for, to stay in this crack shack of a room. Then told I could contact them to dispute the charges?? Do not stay here. I will never ever use this hotel branch again.

The property within walking distance of the Navy Yard and restaurants. Despite booking well in advance for a premium 2 bedroom unit, we were given a 1st floor unit next to the elevator which was noisy and there were ants in the unit. View was of a neighboring units wall despite premiere rooms online being represented as having large windows and open spaces. Definitely not like the photos! The management was not helpful and refused to move us to another unit even though we chanced in before other guests arrived which would have given them time to fumigate the room. They also refused to offer a discount on the $400+ room rate for the inconvenience. The bathroom had urine along the wall behind the toilet and hair in the shower and on the floor. Very disappointing and definitely not a 4+ star accommodation. Don't waste your money!

The room was nice and kitchen had all the required utensils. However, I had issues with the bathtub draining slowly and the sink tap water flow was like a thin stream without much pressure. I reported this to front desk and nothing was done for the 3 days of my stay. The TV did not have any instructions to access the standard cable and when I called the front desk person, he seemed to not know how to access it. He said he would come by with another remote in 15 min, but never showed up. Probably, the front desk personnel need some training on the hotel facilities and methods of use. They also probably need some guidance on communication and follow up. Overall , the facility was good other than these issues.

The place was not what I was told or confirmed. It was supposed to be a King suite with a King Bed and a bed in a couch. It was a room with a double bed. It was on the first floor and very noisy due to street noise, noise from the elevator across the hall and loud closing doors from the entrance/exit of the hall. It also did not even have an antenna for the TV (they gave a ROKU) but no cable, no antenna (nothing even attached), some things did not work and they did not clean the place one time in a week. They did not explain how to open the door (which is complicated), nor provide supplies (like clean towels after the first day, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, etc.)

The people next door to us were noisy all night long and you could hear it through the walls. When we spoke to the night manager about it, she just knocked once and nothing was resolved. Worst stay ever at a Wyndham hotel ever! How do I get a refund?!
