Restaurant and staff there were fantastic- food was great and LOVED the voucher for breakfast. Hotel needs some updates. When we arrived room and bathroom were clean but we stayed for 6 nights and had to ask for bed change and new towels. Shuttle to downtown would be great- even if there was a small charge. Also, need to make sure all the entry doors are locked, one at parking lot didn’t close or lock properly.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Handy to have a restaurant attached. Close enough to downtown but significantly cheaper in price than hotels downtown. Free breakfast in the morning was also lovely and prepared quickly- great food.

Unfortunately, the room had a musty/moldy smell and I had to find another hotel. The front desk clerk was lovely

This hotel is old and tired. It needs a total updating. It was 15 C outside and we ran the AC full blast the entire time and the room was always 24 - 25 C. The bathroom fixtures were salvaged from the wreck of the titanic and the hot water was scalding, very easy to get scalded if you weren't careful. The hotel was in a convenient location for getting around St. John's. The breakfast in the adjacent pub (included with the room) was very good although it didn't offer a lot of options (yogurt, juice, fruit).

Older but great place to sleep

Super friendly staff and well located to use the local Metrobus system. Pub food is ok for a couple of days but we really missed our daily veggies and fruits so we just went to other restaurants close by. The room cleaning staff forgot to change our wet towels 2 or 3 times but we could easily resolve this directly with the receptionist. Thanks again for everything.

Lovely spot!

I really have nothing to say in reference to liking the property. I was very surprised. It was probably one of the worst hotels or in. I should say that I’ve ever been in. We booked because it was walking distance to a concert there. The lady on the front desk, Nora was very kind and helping us through the ordeal, but in regards to management the manager, Natasha was not accommodating when it came to refunding our booking. We walked into the hotel checked in, looked at our room. I was not impressed with the overall feeling of the environment that I was staying in for two nights that cost me almost $400 a night. It was absolutely ridiculous. I always look in the bed the toilet in the shower. The room was very small. The bed had hair in the sheet, the toilet was stained, and the shower had dripping down the side. The hallway had a foul smell that led even to the room. I was not happy at all. They did offer to change my sheet sheets, but the whole room should’ve been cleaned the sorrow overlooked before renting it out again. They only refunded us the one night out of two never had that happen before need to say I will never be there again. there would be no recommendation for me and I travel a bit to St. John’s.

Good for the price! The A/C unit was a little loud. Overall would recommend.

Old installations, clean beds.

Terrible property and conditions in the courtyard. Water damage clearly visible in room, chairs were ripped, floors had apparent water damage and were extremely dirty. If you sat on the edge of the bed it tipped forward. I had to leave and booked another room elsewhere. Do not recommend.

Not a bad place to stay in St. John's as long as you have a car. Place was nice and clean but needs updating in general. Room was a good size. Restaurant attached was really good and we enjoyed the included breakfast.

Great location for our weekend concert! Bed was comfy but we didn’t have a shower curtain. (Not a big deal but). At check in, was given coupons for the restaurant which was good!

Close to the hospital. The staff were very friendly.

The worst part was Crassus. On the first day, the air conditioning was blowing right above the door, and my cousins had to lean over me whenever we walked past. On the second day, it simply wasn’t working at all. A hotel that claims to be pet-friendly but charges $150 for the stay is a complete rip-off.
