Overall the property's fine The only complaint I have is I wish they would change to breakfast hours to 5:30 a.m. instead of 6:00 a.m.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I had booked a room with a bathtub and initially didn’t get one. They fixed it quickly and gave us a new room. My only suggestion would be better breakfast. One day we had fresh fruit but my daughter was upset there were no bananas any of the other days.

Nice hotel

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are updated & beautifully decorated. The walk-in shower was huge! The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus with a great selection available. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great but the bed closest to the bathroom was horrible they need new beds. Lumps and one of the worest beds in years.

Horrible Experience – Not Worth the High Price! I had an extremely disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport, despite paying a premium price. I booked a room with a kitchen, only to find out that the water was not fit for drinking. When I requested a bottle of drinking water, the front desk staff, particularly Gracia, was incredibly rude and reluctant to provide even basic hospitality. Adding to the frustration, an electric technician knocked on the door randomly for repairs, disturbing my stay at any hour without proper notice. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:30 AM, but by 8 AM, most items were already gone. To make matters worse, the lady responsible for cleaning the dishes was rude and dismissive, treating guests as if they were an inconvenience. The worst part of the experience was the poor treatment of non-Caucasian customers. The front desk staff, especially Gracia, displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable for a Marriott-branded hotel. I do not recommend this place and will never stay here again!

Love the big rooms.

Hotel is good in general, the only issue we had is that the AC of one of the four rooms we booked was not working well, and although they did offer to change to another room, they didn’t have a room as big as the one we booked. Front desk staff was very nice in some shifts, but others were not. Complementary breakfast buffet was good. Location is very convenient if you are looking to stay near MCO airport (5 minutes away), about 20-30 minutes to other main locations (International Drive, Disney parks, malls and outlets), and 45 minutes to Cape Canaveral Cruise Terminal.
