The double room I booked was very small and the bed was tired and not particularly comfortable. The shower was fine, however, and the hotel is conveniently situated for the old town. I thought the cost was pretty exorbitant considering that it didn’t include breakfast.

Room very basic, no kettle for tea/coffee in the room,fridge wasn’t working, only plus was the bed was comfy

Good facility and clean, perfect location. Breakfast included. Onsite restaurant. WIFI a little slow. Whole room including Bathroom is small though.

The first room bedding was horrible, with springs coming out of the mattress. Thankfully, I was offered a new room with better bedding. Unfortunately, the heating in the second room did not work, even on Maximum, the room was very cold. Overall the hotel needs definitely renovation inside the building. Otherwise, location and price are great.

Ibhave stayed here many times, as usual the staff were extremely polite and accomodating. The rooms are always very clean and well kept.

Great location, right next to the Viru Gate. Easy walking access to Old Town. Room was comfortable. Was surprised to find ear plugs amongst the provided toiletries and then realized why. On Friday and Saturday nights, there is definitely noise from festivities (usual bar crowd) outside. It's not overbearing but definitely noticeable. Did not have the noise Thursday and Sunday nights. Would recommend staying here despite noise.

The hotel was very nice and welcoming,it was 2 minutes walk from town hall and Christmas market. Good choice of breakfast, restaurant attached so lot of choice.

The location is perfect

The room was fine BUT as soon as we got into bed the nightclub 5m away across the passage started with EXTREMELY loud music and went on until about 6 AM. Couldn't get a wink of sleep. Swelteringly hot with windows closed (and still noisy), unbearable with them open because of the noise. Night staff very unhelpful when another guest asked for a room change, it didn't happen. Make sure you see your room before accepting it.

An excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Check in was hassle free and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty and good options. The only two issues I had with the hotel was the lack of air conditioning in the room which meant I had to attempt to sleep with the windows open which meant a considerable amount of noise from the street from bars and late night revellers. Had my stay been longer I would probably have requested a room elsewhere in the hotel. All in all the hotel was a reasonable price and was located perfectly for exploring the city.

Just the bathroom smelled like cat urine that was my only complaint and still did after a housekeeping visit

Used this hotel two years ago also and since then the quality unfortunately went down. Additional fees are not explained ahead of time. For example parking is paid, and you have to notify the receptionist at check-in, or you’ll be fined. Reaching out to hotel staff for help did absolutely nothing. The hotel is right in the Old Tallinn, and that’s the main reason I chose to stay here the first time, but I also received excellent service. The second time proved that without excellent service, I can find another hotel maybe not as close, but that would appreciate my business.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly.

Location is good for exploring the Tallinn old town. More attention is needed in relation to room cleaning. The breakfast is good.
