Roomboy and CS were very very slow to respond. Just checking in was incredibly difficult, I waited for about 1 hour. When I entered and sat on the bed, the mattress collapsed even though my husband weighs 66kg. It turned out that the bed frame used thin ring wood and thin iron with the wrong position so that my husband was traumatized. The technician came 1 hour later but we still felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Finally we checked out early. This was the worst experience I have ever had while staying at any hotel or apartment.
