The good place and the good view

For those looking for a glamping spot, this is one of the most comfortable I've ever tried. Granted, for one managed by Horison, there's still plenty of room for improvement, but when it comes to glamping, this is highly recommended. For those complaining, they've probably never tried glamping anywhere else, and it's far from the standard here. And please don't compare it to a hotel experience; it's glamping, after all. The staff are friendly, there's a water dispenser, the bathrooms are clean with a water heater, the food is also quite good, and there's a variety of activities available for purchase separately. One thing that urgently needs improvement is the access road. It seems like some year ago someone commented that the access road was still unpaved.

It's really nice, but it's a shame there are no TV channels and the Wi-Fi is really slow.

It's so much fun staying at camp because it's a new experience for the kids.

The rafting noises were passing by, the torn blankets were still being used, oh my, the bed sheets were yellow with lots of stains, it seems they haven't been changed for a long time, the tents were all dirty, the afternoon was so hot that we quickly got out, there were no fans, the water heater wasn't optimal, the glasses were yellow, the atmosphere was the only thing winning, as for the tents and the facilities inside, there was really no need for renovations or replacements, even though the price was already quite expensive.

You get three free meals (dinner, breakfast, and lunch), so you don't have to worry about finding food 👍. The room is quiet and there are riverside tents and tents upstairs to choose from. The toilet in the room is clean. Wi-Fi quality outside the restaurant area is very poor, probably because it's far from the range. Security and CCTV need to be added, my cigarette that was on the balcony outside table was missing 😂

It was cold during the night, but the scenery [was] so beautiful. You can hear the sound of [the] river flow during your stay.

The road access alone, if it's for short vehicles, is guaranteed to get stuck on rocks...

For a hotel like Horison, there's a lot of room for improvement: - The room was very damp, and upon entering, there was a musty smell. I think the air circulation wasn't good; perhaps the ventilation could be improved. I only hung my clothes in the room for one night, and the next morning they were slightly damp. - The door to our unit was a bit damaged, making it very difficult to turn the key to lock or unlock the door. - The hotel said they had Wi-Fi, but it turned out they couldn't be accessed. - The hotel rate included breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but the food wasn't very tasty and there wasn't much variety. Pros: - The staff were very nice and friendly, very helpful. - The location is excellent, nestled among tea plantations, so we could walk around in the morning and enjoy the view. Our unit overlooked the river and had many trees surrounding it.

The Snail rooms need renovation, and the cleanliness is lacking. For a hotel like Horison, management should be better, as the prices aren't cheap. However, the service is excellent, and the food is quite tasty. Hopefully, things will improve.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, this is the first time I've tried camping and got 3 meals, even though it's not varied, the food is guaranteed to be delicious☺️☺️

The view is absolutely gorgeous, and the atmosphere is on point. If you're looking for a relaxing and recharging place, choose a square, snail, or family tent, as they're right by the river. 😭💯💯💯💯 You'll sleep really well, and it's cool. So make sure you're wearing warm clothes. Because this is a modern tent concept, there are still some creatures that can get into the room, like millipedes, ants (as long as you don't bring sweets, they won't be a problem), and termites. The kids were really happy to be here, eating fruit while watching the spiders on the terrace and the river. The downside is that the location is quite large and has a lot of ups and downs, so service is a bit slow. There aren't many staff either. We came last Sunday-Monday, just after peak season, and the staff said there were only five tents occupied. The food was so-so, but it was okay to have three. It really helped me avoid leaving the hotel. Otherwise, it was okay. We were really pampered by the atmosphere here because we really needed a vacation with a natural feel like this. Perhaps the cleanliness and responsiveness of the staff could be improved, hehe. We arrived after it rained, and the terrace was still really muddy. They hadn't wiped it down first, and there weren't any mats provided, both inside and outside, even though this is absolutely essential. 🥹 Otherwise, it was really good, and the staff were friendly. 🫶 Keep up the good work!

Hotel Check-in (8/10): Friendly receptionist, detailed explanations. Outdoor hotel restaurant (7/10): The food is served buffet-style, but the downside is the need to use a fly-killer lamp due to the abundance of flies, making dining in the restaurant uncomfortable. Room (8/10): Clean room, clean bathroom. The downside is excessive humidity. Perhaps an exhaust fan could be added to the bathroom, and a dehumidifier could be added to the bedroom to reduce excess humidity. Conclusion: This could be an option for those who enjoy camping in natural areas. The atmosphere is very natural, perfect for healing from the stress of the capital.

Rating: 1/5 - Unprofessional Management & Poor Cleanliness. Very disappointed with the management (Horison Group). Initially the room was canceled unilaterally, but it was available after being confronted. There was no WhatsApp response 2 hours before arrival, even though there were many important questions, especially about parking. Room cleanliness was terrible; the sheets and pillows smelled of sour sweat (as if they hadn't been changed) and even had reddish stains like blood/betadine. Hand soap was empty, and the fan was broken. The parking area was chaotic and shared with another hotel so the car was blocked for 30 minutes when trying to check out. There was a smell of burning plastic waste that was disturbing breathing and noise pollution (karaoke) until 11 pm without any action from the staff, they didn't even respond to information from me. Not worth the price of 1.7 million. The only plus points are the view and 3 meals.

for the staff is friendly but for a camp with this price is not enough to be friendly, because what I experienced there, bad towels (will towels be used continuously even though they are bad), the food is not tasty (does not describe the camp that is rented for 1.8). access to the camp is still under construction and the road is still dirt, coincidentally one way to namu hejo. in my opinion even though it is under construction, customer comfort should still be prioritized, for example by installing temporary wood or something. in this case it means that the management of Horison quality control is not running well. hopefully this input can be used as evaluation material.

Highly recommend staying here again next time, I'm really satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍👍👍👍
