The check-in process was confirmed at 2 pm but I could only enter at 3 pm with the reason that it was difficult to contact, even though I was already on site from 2 o'clock. There were no wifi facilities as they should have been received, after a complaint the answer was only told to wait and will be followed up but until 11 pm info will be sent modem. Until finally not accepted because it was too late. It should be more professional because it is managed by a fairly large company. For the unit itself, maybe it can be cleaned first because it feels like dust on the floor. Thank You.
