Unfortunately I found this hotel to be lacking in value compared to what you pay. The breakfast selection was very sparse and the coffee was undrinkable. Unlike other hotels we stayed in in Spain, children are charged full price for the buffet. On the first day they give you two free waters but do not replenish. For the price I had higher expectations for the food. The room was nice and clean.

Location, friendliness and clean. Their breakfast buffet was also very good, and resosonably priced.👍

The ground floor room was a little bit noisy. The atmosphere of entire hotel was good.

Friendly staff and well designed clean rooms

The location is very convenient, the staff is friendly and helpful. There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom at times. The hotel is fine but not on par with the hefty price. You’d expect luxury and it is not.

The Malibar took a payment of over £1000 off our credit card even although we had paid Expedia prior to the holiday. It then took a long time to get the money back . They never refunded us fully as they claimed exchange rates. This cost us a further £100. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

This was a family trip to Spain. The rooms were comfortable, reasonably spacious and the staff were attentive. The brunch was ideal for travelers and not to be missed.

Icon is a lovely hotel. I would stay again as the room was smart, clean and had a super comfortable bed with a pillow menu! All the staff were friendly and helpful and the location is spot on. Not noisy, but minutes from the main town. Cafes and restaurants were fabulous and we frequented many in soho. The cathedral was within easy walking distance as were the beaches. Super easy to find from airport. Train was €1.80 to the station, which 10mins away. We ate out so didnt have breakfast. Recommend the local market and Mamuchis

Very good stay, good distance from all the attractions

This was our third year visiting the Icon Malabar. We like the location, the helpful and friendly staff, the lovely rooms and buffet breakfast. The only downside was the outside noise from local bars and early morning refuse collectors but that’s something that is beyond the hotel’s control.

Clean and convenient hotel, easy access to transportation and walkable to most attractions, the only issue is noise past midnight, noise isolation is very bad because you can hear people picking things from trash also the trash removal that starts past midnight, was woken up twice by that once past 1am and once at 2:30am. Also the flashing red light in the smoke detector above the bed is very annoying. Otherwise hotel is well located.

The hotel was located conveniently and walkable to a lot of attractions. Clean and quiet except for night time, after midnight the garbage pickup starts and you can hear the sound of that and people picking stuff from trush after midnight and all the noise from outside. So sound isolation is vey bad if you are a light sleeper, I got woken up by the outside noise multiple times at 2:00 or 3:00 am. Other than that the hotel was very clean and conveniently located.

Excellent service, perfect location and we were allowed to check-in very early which we greatly appreciated.

Excellent property, beautiful locations. All good, the only suggestion maybe it will be the one to put an electric towel radiator in the bathroom in order to dry the towels.

This hotel smells nice. The cookies in the hallway with lemon water is excellent. People notice these small things. Bright lights are also good.
