The hotel itself was completely renovated App. 5 years ago. From the character it is a typical Grand Hotel not new, but well maintained. The rooms are modern and spacious, the beds very well. The bathrooms are modern in in our room war even a double shower! Cleaning was good. There is also an integrated Spa area with a nice Finnish sauna, a dreambath and indoor pool with jacuzzi jets with thermal water. The outdoorpool is partly under a roof and mainly in the shadow, so it was too cold when we were there in April. The steamboats had unfortunately a bad smell, but in general the spa tea is nice and relaxing. What we were impressed is the spirit of this hotel, the nice pretty decorations, fresh flowers on the tables, the soul with which all this designs and decorations were done. And there is an excellent buffet breakfast every morning with fresh fruits, vegetables, various cold cuts, warm dishes covering every taste, homemade cakes and everything so delicious! Parking is across the street on a big public parking free of charge. The location is perfect if you want to go with the funicular to the upper town on the mountain or visit the thermal water springs in the historic Terme. Also the hotel is close to the big historical park, ideal for joggers and runners. We enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend it. For sensitive ears it is advisable to use ear plugs in the nights, since some rooms are directly viewing the street.

The staff was very cooperative. Also, the room service was great. But the property itself is quiet old. The amenities can be better. The furniture also looks old and used. They need to renovate the rooms from inside.

Didn’t feel like a 5 star property. The breakfast was not a 5 star, the vegan and vegetarian options were very limited, even though I had informed before hand .

Loverly hotel for a quiet relaxing stay. A car is needed to make the most of the area as quite a distance from both Pisa or Florence airports.

A nice hotel, we were given a beautiful free upgrade to a fabulous suite. Unfortunately our trip coincided with a business event so dining.options seemed somewhat compromised. Spa area was lovely. After dinner we had to argue for the price stated on the menu which was awkward however it was resolved easily. Overall, a good visit.

We loved our stay! Wonderful service from the staff. The room given to us was disappointing, it needs upgrading to 2024… and in the room they offer mugs and instant coffee and kettle which brought us back to the 80s.. coffee machine would have been nice..

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place forced my hand from just how amazing an experience I had. From being easily reachable for any issues, to assisting in creating a special surprise birthday dinner, everyone member of staff were immaculate. A special mention to front of house Simeone, he was always on hand and made you feel welcome as soon as you stepped in the door. The pictures for this place do not do it justice, hidden away in a beautiful location this property was immaculate and I feel it will just get better and better. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Was a great stay. Very convenient location and great facilities. Morning coffee could have been more generous, but breakfast was spectacular. ***Have them put A/C on to your room if needed. If you open window, mosquitoes will find you!***. Massage was wonderful. Masseuse had magic hands.

Great hotel, and excellent staff lovely to be greeted in the morning by a lovely smile from Nicole at breakfast. My room had a really lovely view ( much appreciated) Everything was excellent ( but would have liked a free single supplement) The tiniest niggle is not having any drawers which would be fine if the cupboards were easier to open and close.
