It was a great stay at Tavinos with its cute room themes and well-maintained cleanliness 🙏

The staff was very helpful and made checking in easy…close to the center of the crowd

This is a great hotel and I love the graphic design they did on the whole building interior! The fact that there’s a direct entrance from the hotel to the 7-11 next door on the 1st floor was very convenient. The 3rd floor lounge was my favorite spot, we can bring the food we bought from 7-11 and eat it there comfortably. Also a bonus that the lounge provided hot&cold water, tea, and coffee for the guest from from morning till 24:00, there’s also a microwave that we can use. The only downside here is probably the pillow that was kind of small and thin. But overall, me and my family had a very wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again when we visit Kyoto!

I was recomended this hotel if you want stay in Kyoto City, the location, Mart 7eleven, for a muslim have space for prayer in the room

The room is clean and cozy. The check-in and check-out are via machine, but the staffs are helpful.

The room shape is unique, cute, the room is clean, very easy for the check in and check out process.

Got its own AC, not a central AC like other hotels. The room atmosphere is pleasant, spacious with lots of electrical outlets, the toilet is wider than other hotels

The room is slightly bigger than most of the hotels with the same price range. They also give free bread in the morning, and a tea and coffee machine is available at the lobby 24/7. The downside is only that there's no bathtub, but for me, it's not really a big deal, and the pillow selection is limited. It's 1 km to the shopping center, so there's no need to take a bus, and it's also strategic near different train lines (approx. 6-9 minutes walking). But I like it there and will be back again if I was coming to Kyoto again.

Great location, really near the bus stop, the room is very clean, comfortable, and also spacious. The hotel design is cute and unique, free bread and coffee/tea for breakfast, they have a laundry room too, thanks for the great services ❤️

The hotel location is quite good and the service is very good. I don't really like the dark ambiance of the room. And there are no tables, chairs and other things in the room. Next time I might try another hotel

Cozy bed, spacious bathroom (which is very rare in Japan's hotel). Delicious free flow breakfast croissant & coffee, clean, strategic location, definitely I'll come back here for sure!

An aesthetic hotel, only the room facilities are incomplete. No water kettle, mini bar, microwave. The temperature of the tap water is not warm, so I was very cold when washing my hands. But this hotel is very good in terms of building.

The room is small but just right for two, clean, under the twin bed you can put 2 suitcases, you can self check in.

A pleasant hotel, large in size, there is a comfortable gathering place for fellow travelers who can chat while drinking free flow coffee, will definitely come here again.

Good hotel with unique interior decoration. All is super kawaii in Japan! It was clean, quit in the middle of a busy Kyoto. The place was very strategic for tourist and other passerby. 9/10 9/10. Pressure pressure and temperature is perfect. Cleanliness is nothing to be worry in Japan. We just missed the bathtub. It has the common room for breakfast and water refill/free flow coffee tea in the 3rd floor. A business hotel (not hostel) with great level of privacy and cleanliness. The only thing we regret was the complicated check in procedure with the computer (in Japanese) where we had to re-enter our data: name, DOB, age (why would you need to type your age if you have already filled in your DOB?), address, etc etc. Luckily the staff was quite an assistant to us in filling all these fussy things. Total rate 8/10 this met our expectation as budget traveler that do not want to compromise our privacy and sense of cleanliness. Definitely would recommend this Tavinos to others. And expect the hotel to improve their check in procedure.
