The service from the receptionist, room service, housekeeping, restaurant staff, security, basically everyone is friendly, polite, communicative, patient, diligent, very professional and very attentive. This hotel provides wheelchairs, but please, maybe it can be renovated a little so that the hotel entrance can be passed by wheelchairs/can be for people with disabilities. But I really like the delicious food and drinks, all very useful. The room is clean and modern, but maybe a smart TV can be provided. Then the room key can be for 2 people to hold each, drama if only one holds it. The surrounding environment is very good because it is in the heart of the city so it is easy to go everywhere and the surrounding area is also full of places to eat and shopping for necessities is safe. The area is safe because it is close to schools and places of worship. Overall, it is exciting. Kamari is getting better and better. Thank you for everything. <3
