The room was very good, but unfortunately the surrounding area has many abandoned buildings.

Honestly, I just found out that there is an additional fee for early check-in (yesterday, check-in was at 12:00 PM, which should have been at 3:00 PM). But at least if early check-in isn't possible, just remove it from the app so those of us who don't know won't be surprised during the OTS. Room service is standard, is it because it's according to the rate I took? I had a bit of a grumble when we checked in and asked the staff to clean it, but they forgot. We came home tired, and instead we had to complain to others. The funny thing is, the amenities that were supposed to be for two guests were only given one, so we ended up asking the receptionist for more. Luckily, the food was delicious, so it was a bit entertaining. Maybe it could be improved.

The room was comfortable. Quiet, with minimal noise from outside or the side. The bathroom was clean. The room was standard but comfortable. It was perfect for business travelers; it wasn't expensive; average, but adequate. I booked without breakfast, so I haven't tried it yet. The breakfast? The room was clean, the lighting was just right. For a standard room, it was just right, not too big.

The service is good, but the availability of sweet breakfast foods such as pancakes should not be empty or very small in number. Also, the serving of boiled/fried eggs, both cooked and half-boiled, should not be empty. For coffee drinks, there should also be staff to guide guests who want coffee so that guests who want to drink coffee are also helped. Oh yes, if there are unexpected costs for reimbursement of repairs/special treatment for hotel room properties, it should be announced before check-out, not after the guest has left the hotel. Next time, before the guest actually leaves, there should be transparency of additional costs directly. Thank you.

The hotel staff is very friendly, it's easily accessible, and it has a cafe, swimming pool, children's playroom, and gym. The prices are affordable.

There aren't many photos of the place, but this hotel is my go-to every time I visit Yogyakarta. It's close to everywhere I need to go, has ample parking, and is within my budget.

Overall it's good for a 4-star hotel, the food is also delicious at breakfast with lots of menu choices, the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, the swimming pool is also spacious and clean, the only downside is that the entrance road has many unmaintained buildings, and there are several empty apartments in front of the pool which seem to add to the untidy accent.

The hotel staff was friendly, check-in/out was quick, and the room was clean, albeit small. However, upon check-out, the amenities in the same room type were not the same, as they were damaged and under repair. Suggestions could have been made at check-in; I happened to book three rooms of the same type but with different amenities. The staff responded quickly when I needed assistance or repairs.

Overall good, strategic location, spacious parking, clean rooms, delicious food, ok swimming pool.
