Great airport hotel on the shuttle bus route. Steak in restaurant was amazing

The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind, chatty and very helpful. The problem I had was trying to find the shuttle bus from the airport. It isn't stated clearly enough where to get it from. Maybe put an exact map, I walked around for ages. In the end, I had to get a taxi which was extremely expensive for the distance. The hotel though was clean and comfortable and I woukd stay again now I know how to get there!

Very comfy bed and pillows. Great night's sleep. Very strange toilet in the bathroom, when you flushed it water splashed out on the floor. To get here from Gatwick Airport, follow the signs from the train station to buses downstairs. Go to Bay 9, and you can catch the bus from there. Be aware it's 5 pounds each way, so this adds quite a bit to your hotel stay. The hotel could do with explaining how and where you get the bus from the airport as it's really confusing for tourists. I would stay again though, as it was an extremely comfortable room.

It was ok but we found a shoe under the bed and clothes left in the wardrobe. When we tried to tell them by phoning to reception it took 3 tries. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night apparently because someone had a shower.

Advertised as an airport hotel - to some extent that is true. Presented well ( although typical designer weaknesses ( wow - how that water sprays everywhere when the bathroom sink tap is turned on and - where do I put a few bathroom items ) ) and typical Red branding. Fantastic and helpful staff and restaurant was tasty and plentiful. Major gripe is the bus connectivity to the terminal. For us it worked at 4.20 ( no 4.00am run) but every 45 mins is not sufficient for its location. Frustrated also that the rooms have no heating. Cold only option and thus only warm option was Heating to OFF.

Much further from Gatwick than it appears - it’s like £25 in a cab. Really cold rooms -heating wouldn’t change. Very noisy.

The staff and hotel are incredible! it was also convenient that there is a shuttle to and from the airport every half hour for 5 pounds per person.

Needed to get to Gatwick at 4am for a 6am flight so decided to find somethjng cheap and cheerful nearby!! So when Radisson Red came up in my price range my mind was blown!! A modern quirky fresh 4-star hotel with a hrwat bar for hot food or a lovely cold food bar and the bonus... a direct shuttle to both Gatwick terminals for just £5 one-way!! Need to stay over at Gatwick? 100% recommend this hotel!!

Room was adequate. Bathroom was small and there wasn’t a shelf to place toiletry bag. Main area of hotel was not very clean. Overall stay was somewhat disappointing.

Amazing room and fantastic mattress. Slept really well. Only issue was the airport transfer timetable isn’t in the room so when I went down it was a 30 minute wait, so I got an Uber. Would highly recommend this hotel
