Owners are amazing! And have done a great job woth the remodel. Dont let this roadside motel fool you, its perfect especially after those long days driving. BED WAS SO COMFORTABLE!! Only wish they had extra thick blankets available. Other then that, we will definitely be back!

Such a cute little boutique motel. Newly renovated, clean, quaint, comfortable and quiet. We slept great! It is located on the main road and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Easy checkin and checkout. We will definitely stay here again.

We always stay here when we come to Sandpoint. The rooms are equipped with ear plugs, white noise machines, and yummy coffee. Always so clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend.

What a great hybrid hotel experience in a remodeled highway motel with outside seperate entrance but with automated confirmation and room access via code programmed to your specific stay. Loved the speed of communication, the easy of access (coming in after hours) and being able to roll in and have a comfortable quick stay.

Great Overnight Stay Near Sandpoint We stayed here for just one night and had a great experience. The room was super clean and very comfortable — the bed and pillows were especially cozy, making for a good night’s sleep. It’s also in a convenient location, pretty close to Sandpoint and other local attractions, so it’s a great base if you’re exploring the area. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which we really appreciated. The only minor downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your neighbors — but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, a solid and comfortable place to stay if you’re in the area!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this motel. This was hands down the best motel I've ever stayed at! The room was immaculate, cozy, and looked just like the photos—if not better. The staff and Amy, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean. The bathroom amenities were of outstanding quality. The tea selection was top-notch, featuring some of the finest tea bags I've ever encountered in a hotel setting. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Well decorated and everything you needed for an overnight stop. A bit on the cold side but plenty of blankets given and heater in the room which just took a bit of time to warm up.

Loved the jetted tub! So roomy! Bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in a long time while on the road. Really enjoyed the hoot owl cafe within walking distance for breakfast. Loved the shampoo and conditioner so much I'm trying to find it now!

Rooms were clean and well appointed. The consideration from the staff was top notch. Not many hotels would offer a sound machine in the room to help drown out the occasional passing train. The free YouTube TV was a nice surprise. The decorations were very charming. Blue Pine local to the area adorns the room in a tasteful way, and the kitchenette was very useful. Great value for the price. And will definitely come back when we are in the area again.

They did a great job renovating this traditional roadside motel. Loved the jacuzzi in the room! It’s right on the road and near rr tracks, so expect to hear that in the night. Very helpful front person and the owners are very nice. The outside door to the room leaks, so I needed to crank up the heat for comfort. If you’re looking for an inexpensive place to stay near a fantastic mountain to ski, I would recommend the Outdoors Inn.

Everything you need, in a very clean package, with thoughtful little extras. Will definitely return, next time I’m in town.
