Toilet paper was not provided, some of the room lights were not working, and when checking in, the receptionist forgot to return their ID card but the customer was asked to take it to the reception desk.

Is that shower not going to be fixed? It's so hard to even take a shower. There's also no toilet spray hook. The breakfast menu has no flavor at all.
