The hotel is great and I highly recommend for family travel to Singapore. The room is clean and the staff's pretty nice. The only problem here is that the distance from the hotel to the closest MRT is farther than expected. So it may take you >10 minutes to reach Orchard MRT (I suppose the closest one).

The location in Orchard is just at the back end of Paragon and the road up is tiring and hot, especially during the dry day, there are not enough trees around so it is not shady and super hot and stinging. I will not stay here again. Access makes it uncomfortable because it is further than York Hotel. For the room, the bathroom is quite old-fashioned, not renovated and mineral water is not provided, only bottles are provided, take tap water from the tap. ☹️

The room is not too small and the toilet is clean. There is a faucet and a bathtub. The bed is big enough and there are many hangers available. The room is not smelly, the windows are big and bright enough, but it is quite far from the MRT station, 15 minutes walk

me and friends stayed here for 4 days...all staffs are very kind, friendly and helpful.. so close to orchard thru paragon .. close to mt elizabeth hospital too.. room is nice for a mid range hotel..

The room smells like an old room that has not been lived in for a long time. I arrived late at night and just wished to have a good sleep, and thought I could ignore the smell, but I was wrong. The pillows are not comfortable as well. I stayed awake until morning.
