The room is spacious, the swimming pool is clean, very comfortable.

so many tiny cockroaches 😭😭, but overall this place is a nice play to stay with your family, they have a pool with nice view. and this place have a wonderful city landscape. the food at the canteen is also nice and cheap with variety of food menu.

The room is exactly as it is in the pictures. I check in at 11 pm with prior notice. Make sure chat the hotel regarding your check in, especially if you check in late. Check in was easy and smooth, the male staff was friendly. I need towel and infomation about the laundry on the next day. However, the female staff was not friendly. The management should require all staff having the high customer service standard. The staff should treat all guest equally, regardless nationality. Overall, it is a great place for family. the pool is nice and not crowded. will be back again next time. The restarurant at the lobby is nice.

Highly recommend for Indonesian citizens to stay here.

Poor Service at Front Desk Dua Sentral Kuala Lumpur 10 June 2025. Review: 10 June 2025 Had to switch rooms multiple times due to lights, water, and TV issues – clearly no checks were done before selling the rooms. When I complained (around 11PM), instead of helping, the lady and male front desk staff asked me to leave the hotel at 11PM. Shocking and unprofessional. On the next day, only Manager Vicky apologized and handled the situation with respect. He was the only one who showed proper hospitality. Great location and spacious rooms, but terrible service ruins it. Train your front desk team – service matters more than looks.

this is the second time i stayed in Dua Sentral because the location is reachable from KL Sentral by walking, the first one i had no issue. But, this time there were some insects in the bedroom and the wifi had a poor speed and access I hope the management can improve more because i love to stay in this hotel.

the pool is spacious, the room is clean, complete facilities include a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, water heater, AC, two queen beds, separate bathroom and toilet, TV, large mirror, and complete tea and coffee too. it's just that the check in time is very late, at 3 am. the most gong is the environment around the hotel, close to KL Central, the state mosque and the old European-style train station, good for a morning walk

All the staffs are so rude and harsh, either the morning or evening shift, shouting at us. Room so dirty and we find a lot of dust and smelly too. They required us to deposit rm 200 but they not flexible 24 hours ready to check out, we must wait until the staff come to get our deposit back when we checked out. Very not recommeded

Dua Sentral KL is a great budget-friendly option near KL Sentral and Nu Sentral. The unit is spacious and comes with a bathtub, which is a nice bonus at this price point. Very convenient location for public transport, shopping, and quick eats. Great value for the money!

Cannot book multiple rooms under the same name. The hotel gave only one room. Booked with breakfast included but did not receive breakfast. Could not contact them. Not convenient at all. The staffs are very bad. Collect money for everything, including parking. When we already stayed at the hotel, they still charge for parking. Plus the room deposit is very expensive. If you check out before 10 am, there will be a box to put the key and you will not get the deposit back because the staff will not be there. It must be after 10 am only. Very bad. The staffs words are even worse. They are grumpy all the time. The room does not provide drinking water.

Everything here is 5 stars, especially the swimming pool with a city view, it's the best, second to none, plus the food is really mouth-watering.

The place is clean. The only thing lacking is the water heater in the other room is not working. But overall it is comfortable.

Love the room. Big and clean. Near from Kuala Lumpur sentral.
