Thank you Ibn, We really appreciate your input, in housekeeping we provide a "standing fan" we don't provide it in every room, but only by guest request. Bukittinggi is a cold city, our mistake yesterday, allowing Bang Ibnu and the team to bring durian upstairs (room), durian is hot, one of Bang Ibnu felt hot maybe because he ate too much durian. Whatever it is, we'll fix every suggestion. Once again, thank you.

We really appreciate your comment ma'am, thank you. Immediately we fill the mirror, yesterday we were fully booked. The room that you ordered is actually not a room that matches the application and we upgraded to a room with a balcony (incidentally, the room didn't have a mirror yet, while the others did). For plastic mattresses in some rooms, we still haven't opened it, it will be our concern in the future. Actually, we provide coolers such as Standing Fans, unfortunately at that time Mother did not coordinate with our front liner/help desk team. Thanks again for the advice, we will fix it soon.
