Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan. Dengan harga yang ramah di kantong tapi dapat fasilitas lengkap. Staff-staffnya ramah dan paling penting ada kolam yang bersih dan anak senang bisa bebas berenang di hotel🥰💖

Listrik mati total, akhirnya pindah hotel, pelayanan sangat buruk.

Mantap ruangannya, cuma kadang untuk kunci kamar karena manual kuncinya.

Sebenarnya lokasi enak, hotel bagus dan fasilitas baik namun service karyawan sangat tidak recommended untuk diulangi kembali. Early check in tidak bisa padahal banyak ruangan kosong, tidak ada opsi menambah fee apapun. Saat malam mati lampu karena kabel listrik mati namun tamu hotel tidak mendapat kompensasi apapun, akhirnya memutuskan untuk check out di jam 9 malam hanya dikembalikan setengah harga, padahal kami juga sudah menunggu satu jam dalam gelap tanpa listrik. Baru ini saya menulis ulasan yang mengecewakan di aplikasi dengan semangat 🙄.

Sangat nyaman. Barang-barang kualitasnya bagus semua dan baru. Saran saja bagi pengunjung agar memilih kamar lantai 1 atau 2 saja. Karena kalau lantai 3 lumayan capek naik tangganya 😁.

Dengan harga segini dengan fasilitas kolam renang sudah oke, pelayanan ramah, cuma di kamar gak disediain tisu dan sabun atau shampoo, handuknya cuma dapet 1, ditingkatan lagi ya fasilitas bathroom nya sama di room-nya, bener-bener bangunan baru loh, bagus banget sih, kalau yang mau nginep di minggu-minggu ini pasti minusnya keberisikan tukang, jam 8 udah mulai berisik banget bunyi bor dan martil, mungkin 2 bulan dari sekarang udah rampung dan semakin nyaman untuk stay di sana.

Fasilitas kamarnya memadai dan sesuai dengan harga. Masuk kamar aroma cat nya masih kerasa. Mungkin karena kemarin masih proses renovasi jadi menurutku suaranya bising banget. Tapi overall bagus kok.

The price in the application was rejected, because the room we ordered in the application had run out so if you wanted to stay the price followed the price of the non-application room which was doubled.

The bathroom smells, parking is not regulated, so you get stuck when you want to go out in the morning. The water died right back in the bathroom, said the officer was still filling the reservoir.

Actually, it's a really good place, only because the construction process behind it is very busy so it's not easy to rest. Especially room 304 does not get towels, there is still a paint smell too, the toilet is not clean, there are no glasses either.

Overall good. Friendly receptionist and hotel staff, gallon water is available at many points both on the 1st and 2nd floors, strategic location, swimming pool available, comfortable rooms, it's just that there are 2 things to note: (1) as a lover of cool cotton sheets, maybe the sheets and blankets are not skin friendly for me, it's just a self preference for this; (2) I got a room on the 2nd floor, number 218, the water heater didn't work, so I checked in at sunset and took a shower in the morning at 5.30 a bit cold, I complained 2 times but until check out there was no follow up. Others are okay.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, drinking water is not provided and there is only 1 towel. This is the first time staying at a hotel of this class, only 1 towel is provided. Please pay attention to the hotel.
