The hotel staff is quite friendly, but the amenities are minimal. The deluxe rooms are quite large, but there's no Wi-Fi or TV. The signal is weak. It's not commensurate with the room price, which is more than 500,000 Rupiah.

Don't stay at this Riton Hotel, the staff is very unfriendly, no staff wants to pick up my phone. I booked 4 nights from 29 Dec - 2 Jan. on 29th my brother and I were seriously ill - smallpox (force majour). we discussed it nicely to ask to cancel the stay because our physical condition did not allow us to go (the location of the house is in Tarutung 5 hours from there and I moved to Jakarta) for the refund process itself, it was informed that it could not be done on the day and had to be D-1, so we were willing to forfeit 1 room .. then the hotel could only refund 850 thousand .. from the total 2 million that we paid to Traveloka. we tried to negotiate to get 1.2 million back (estimated 3 hours).. since then the chat was never replied to, my phone was also not answered .. even I asked for help to return the 850 thousand we have received .. he did not reply again .. I tried to ask for a discussion from Traveloka, Traveloka has been very good in helping me discuss with the hotel. However, the hotel management is indeed not good, they did not reply to us, did not have a wise heart and honestly it is better not to stay here. My honest review will not change until there is a reply from the hotel

Sabun gak ada. Tv nya nyala tapi tapi program tv nya gak ada frekuensi nya. Makanan sarapan nya gak enak. Wifi nya gak dikasih tau password nya. Pokoknya buruk lah di sini.

Pelayanan buruk. Pagi hendak early check out pukul 6.30 kami menanyakan (baik-baik loh) apakah sudah bisa sarapan, staf bilang tidak bisa karena sarapan tersedia pukul 7 lewat (waktu check in tidak diberitahu) dan terdengar staf melaporkan kepada atasan bahwa kami memaksa untuk sarapan. Akhirnya kami check out dengan kesal dan saya komplain bahwa harusnya diberitahu dan jangan dibilang kami maksa karena saya paham betul kami masih kepagian dan kami bertanya baik-baik, tapi atasan malah ngotot dan marah sudah bilang sarapan di atas jam 7. Di hotel lain biasanya staf akan buat pengecualian kalo ada keperluan khusus atau paling tidak informatif dan sopan karena toh kami bayar. Di hotel ini cukup 1 kali saja, tidak mau lagi.

Staf nya menyebalkan, tidak ramah, tidak sopan, service nya tidak baik, benar-benar mengecewakan, fasilitas tidak memadai, water heater tidak ada, wifi tidak ada, AC nya rusak, tidak dingin, berisik, pokoknya tidak nyaman, tidak pantas disebut hotel karena semua tidak memadai. Tidak akan kedua kali nya ke hotel ini, terima kasih.

The place and price don't match, the price is expensive even though the facilities are minimal, no TV, no wifi, you can't bring food to the room, no hot water in the morning, the price doesn't match the price, the cell phone signal can't even be when staying in the room, plus no wifi so it's complete, more complete redd * rs and * y * room facilities than the standard room.
