The balcony overlooking the garden was a big plus, allowing me to enjoy the fresh air every morning. The beds were comfortable, providing a relaxing feeling after a long day of fun. The resort's service was very professional. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, especially the South African manager who was always ready to assist when needed. The pool area was clean and airy, suitable for both adults and children. In addition, services such as the spa, restaurants, and bars were all of good quality, especially the diverse and delicious cuisine. Overall, this is an ideal choice for those seeking a relaxing getaway, close to nature, and with quality service. I will definitely return in the future.

This is truly a wonderful space for those who love to immerse themselves in nature and trees. Green trees everywhere, beautiful private beach, large and clean swimming pool. Fresh seafood buffet, very worth the money. Breakfast buffet is not too diverse but the taste is quite great. It's a pity that I could only stay here for 1 night, I will definitely come back when I have the chance.

great place to relax, everything is good, the staff is very dedicated especially the housekeeping department, when you leave the room, whether it's morning or night, when you come back, it's cleaned. What I'm not very satisfied with is that the restaurant menu is not diverse, my family ate for 2 days and then didn't know what to eat, so we had to go out to eat ^^ and there's one thing I find confusing: a foreign female manager went from the beach lawn to the swimming pool area but went through the row of decorative plants instead of going through the designated path. If the management is so careless, what if the staff or guests follow suit?

Everything is ok for me. The most impressive thing is that every night the staff brings a delicious chocolate to the room. 🌸 I love this.

When checking out, the staff said that it was just something that made me sad, but the other staff, service and room were still great.

Ana Mandara is very nice now, taking care of customers very well. When I said that I had returned to the resort many times, after the staff checked correctly, I was given extra wine, chocolate,... beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows are comfortable & soft, especially the neck pillow is comfortable for sleeping. In general, Ana Mandara is great.

Pretty but not wow

I forgot my room key and asked the staff to drive me but forgot the area, but he also paid for it with me :) the buffet food is not diverse. Then I booked a bus back in advance but when I waited for the bus to go to the lobby, it took a long time and I was afraid of being late, the receptionist said that if I booked it, the bus wouldn't dare go. When I got there, the bus had left, the manager booked a car to take me but it was late and I gave up.

Buffet and a la carte is extremely delicious, must try.
